    The menu is very unique based on seasonal produce. What we chose was delicious. We really enjoyed the views of the mountains and sheep in the area. Highly recommend booking a table for dinner.

    The food was decent, but unfortunately, the service — particularly from the main floor manager — left much to be desired. I made a reservation a month in advance for a special celebration and specifically requested a table by the window. Upon arrival, we were told that only parties of two could be seated in that area. However, there were also tables for four and five guests placed next to the window tables for two. A quick courtesy call a day or two beforehand to inform us of this policy would have been appreciated, especially since our request was submitted well in advance. Considering we paid an additional CAD 80 for the gondola ride just to access the restaurant — not including the cost of food — the total experience came close to CAD 700. With that level of investment, a simple seating request should not have been overlooked. Instead, we were placed at a table in the center of the restaurant, where the noise level was high and the atmosphere far from ideal. Unfortunately, what was meant to be a special occasion ended in disappointment due to the lack of attention to detail and care for the guest experience

    Truly unique dining experience with amazing views and excellent food. You do pay a premium as a result. Maddy did a fantastic job as our server. My only issue. Booked through open table and requested a window seat for a likely once in a lifetime visit with my love. We weee early for reservation and instead of saying, would you like to wait for a window seat(in hindsight, we should have asked to wait) we were seated one row back. Within 2 minutes, 3 window seats opened up. Asked to switch but were told sorry we can’t do that or we have to do it for everyone (mind you, we hadn’t even gotten our water yet. Had we ordered ANYTHING, I would have understood). We didn’t push the issue and within a couple more mts, 3 more window seats for 2 opened up. Seriously, everyone wants that view. Just a little more communication at check in resolves this. Still, a lovely dining experience but for the money, just take the Gondola up, check out the views and enjoy all the fantastic dining options in Banff!

    The view was incredible as were the food and drinks. Definitely a once in a lifetime experience when combined with the gondola ride to get to the restaurant

    Glad we had made a reservation at this mountaintop location. They were able to accommodate our request for a window table ( we were able to wait for a table) Staff very friendly and helpful. Interesting menu- both food & cocktails. Fabulous tomato salad and salmon tartar. Fish & duck good also. Would recommend

    We had a wonderful first time experience! Even the children enjoyed it. Ages 6 & 9. They no longer had a children’s menu, but we were able to find something for them.
