   Great experience however the food let the sky bistro down. The potato cake (with salmon) was dry. The prawns appetiser was well cooked but flavourless The trout was very good The chips were overcooked cooked.

   I discovered this restaurant on a must do list for Banff, and I am so thankful that I ate a meal here! Prices are incredibly reasonable and the service from Tash from Innisfil was fantastic. The food was delicious, and the fries are outstanding! Get the blizzard cocktail!!!

   Everything was amazing but it was our server Sofia that was the star. The day was crazy with the Mothers Day rush but Sofia looked after us with acute attention and passion. Loved the drinks, coffees and entrees.

   Bad service They don’t care what customer requested They should let the customer know if they don’t have window table so people can cancel before 24h We reserved table one week ahead We came early and there were 2 tables near the window available and we wanted to split 2 and 2 But they didn’t give us the tables near the windows I even don’t want to order the food here If I can cancel my table without penalty, I would They said first come first serve . We came first We talked to the manager still they didn’t care Never recommend this restaurant to anyone

   From the time we entered Sky Bistro to the time we left, the staff were nothing short of amazing. They were all very friendly and worked well together. Our waiter Connor was amazing & allowed us to take our time, spacing out our courses so we could take in the breathtaking views. Both of our meals were excellent. My husband loved the chowder and short ribs and my duck was excellent. We ordered sides of potatoes and broccolini but really did not need it. We would highly recommend dining here.

   We loved the meals - we stayed a Fairmount Lake Louise & you would think their chiefs would have exemplary presentation.. well Sky Bistro was superb .. tasty!

    Seafood chowder and short ribs was good. All about the experience, gondola ride, views, ambiance. Will I go back? Probably not. Expensive
