   Chicken and Waffles! Juicy, boneless fried thighs and cornmeal waffle plus 2 eggs (I prefer over medium). Large portion, amazing flavor.

   Went to Capital Hill Skillet because our usual anniversary dinner place, Luna Park Cafe, is now closed for dinner. Didn't know they closed at 7, and got there are 6:30. Never felt rushed. Food was great, as always! Burgers and poutine. Then the very sweet waitress brought us a dessert on the house to help us celebrate. Skillet never disappoints!

   This is one of my favorite restaurants for early-morning meetings. It is spacious with great booths. Great light. They open at 7am! Centrally located. I can usually find parking within a block & public transit is pretty easy. The food has something for everyone. But the best is the STAFF because they're always friendly and kind no matter how busy they are.

   Food was decent, not the best nor the worse. The baby green side was horrible though, lots of dressing. Overall overprice for what you get - toral check was about $120 for two person breakfast.

   food was extremely mid, ordered my eggs medium/hard (mentioned not runny) and they were sent out over easy. sent them back and ordered the scramble w/ bacon… eggs came undercooked and I just ate the breakfast potatoes. My brother found two mustache hairs in his meal but didn’t want to send his order back since I already had an issue with mine. With drinks included the breakfast came to $90 before tip. My brother requested a receipt and they didn’t bring one. We got out of there. Never again! This is what I get for cheating on Glo’s 🫠
