   Where to begin, They were clearly not ready to open. We sat at our table far too long before a server even greeted us. Then we had to wait nearly 20 minutes for our coffee (no special order, just drip) My 80 year old mother couldn't read the menu from the QR code on the phone, I requested a paper menu and they could not accommodate. I find it extremely hard to believe that they don't have a printer for such things; certainly they should have tried harder. Further more, even though I made no substitutions my order came out wrong. The waitress did offer to remake my order, but by the time she came back to the table to check on us after our food was delivered the other guests were halfway through with their meals. The thought of waiting for a fresh, correct order and then eating it alone while the others at the table waited for me to finish my meal did not appeal to me. All in all a very disappointing experience.

   Our server, Dillion was excellent! The food was delicious and the presentation was good also. We were seated in the Garden room the AC was running. It was pretty chilly. Overall, a good night.

   The restaurant was pretty empty for an 11:30 lunch reservation, it was freezing in there, our waiter was really rushing us, even though most of the restaurant was empty. Then, after all that the entrées and appetizer came out at the exact same time. I had just eaten at The Crescent location the week before and had ordered a board appetizer at both locations and the portions in Plano are much smaller than at The Crescent. The waiter knew I was annoyed that all the food came out at the exact same time, so he offered my sister a free dessert for her birthday, I don’t know if that is standard or not. I had the olive oil cake, which was very dry and tasted like it had no oil in it at all. it was so obvious that we were there to celebrate a birthday with gifts, etc., so I don’t really understand why he was rushing us so much when the restaurant was maybe 10% full.

   We have been to sixty vines 4-5 times. It’s one of my favorite safe places for gluten free. At least 4 times we’ve been there, we were seated with Alexis K. She has been absolutely amazing! We will now ask for Alexis from now on! Alexis has gone above and beyond for us!! Thank you Alexis for treating our family like any other- it means the world.

   Ray was great and food was good. I had the house salad with salmon. It was cooked perfectly.

   Great food and amazing atmosphere, wish they had the mimosa bar but overall a great experience and tried new options of food this time around and it was great!

    Great family time brunch! Breakfast board, fruit, beets… all we amazing. Alexis was an amazing server. She handled a small issue beautifully! It’s a go to brunch place on Sunday morning .
