   The restaurant was pretty empty for an 11:30 lunch reservation, it was freezing in there, our waiter was really rushing us, even though most of the restaurant was empty. Then, after all that the entrées and appetizer came out at the exact same time. I had just eaten at The Crescent location the week before and had ordered a board appetizer at both locations and the portions in Plano are much smaller than at The Crescent. The waiter knew I was annoyed that all the food came out at the exact same time, so he offered my sister a free dessert for her birthday, I don’t know if that is standard or not. I had the olive oil cake, which was very dry and tasted like it had no oil in it at all. it was so obvious that we were there to celebrate a birthday with gifts, etc., so I don’t really understand why he was rushing us so much when the restaurant was maybe 10% full.

Offering a birthday dessert is something we’re happy to do, but it should have complemented an already enjoyable experience—not attempted to make up for a frustrating one.    We have been to sixty vines 4-5 times. It’s one of my favorite safe places for gluten free. At least 4 times we’ve been there, we were seated with Alexis K. She has been absolutely amazing! We will now ask for Alexis from now on! Alexis has gone above and beyond for us!! Thank you Alexis for treating our family like any other- it means the world.

   Ray was great and food was good. I had the house salad with salmon. It was cooked perfectly.

   Great food and amazing atmosphere, wish they had the mimosa bar but overall a great experience and tried new options of food this time around and it was great!

   Great family time brunch! Breakfast board, fruit, beets… all we amazing. Alexis was an amazing server. She handled a small issue beautifully! It’s a go to brunch place on Sunday morning .

    Love, eating and 66 vines! Food again is outstanding My wife and I did not appreciate being put into a smaller room versus the large restaurant area We have a problem with I have to ask the server I would like another bourbon

I would like to ask if, at any point, you asked to be moved or get management involved? While that room is often preferred, with the sunlight and large windows, we are always willing to go out of our way to move you to a table that is more to your liking. As for your note about the bourbon, we always strive to provide attentive service without being overbearing. We apologize if this fell short of our standard.
