Had a fantastic meal at Siros after visiting the Saratoga Race Track. Everything was top notch waitstaff well trained and the food was the best we had that weekend

Sadly, this was our first poor experience after coming to Siro's for four years. The service was haphazard, confused, and slow. The ambiance was very loud, due to several other parties being obnoxiously loud (and getting up and running across the room several times to greet people at other tables - yes, the patrons were doing this - it's not a country club!). The crab cakes were uninspired and just fell apart, and the Spanish salad was overly drenched in dressing. Also, there was no cocktail list, only a wine list.

Siro’s never disappoints. This years menu somehow outshines last years. The service is always impeccable. We try to make a yearly pilgrimage but this year they might have sold us on more than one visit. The music could be a little on the quieter side (we were at a table close to the door to the bar so that might have had an impact). Overall if I could give them 15/10 I would. Be sure to get there a little prior to your reservation as parking can be a little tricky given it’s proximity to the track.

Siro's continues to live up to its history and reputation. Our waiter described specials that included a wagyu wellington that sounded interesting. When I asked to order it as a main course, I learned that it was (understandably given wagyu prices) an appetizer. He suggested a veal chop which was delicious. My wife ordered a dish described as lobster francaise. She is gluten free, and we did not make the connection that the dish was lightly breaded with flour. As the dish was served and we discovered the error, our waiter and captain immediately corrected it and had a gluten free version prepared by the kitchen. In sum, extraordinary food and exemplary service.

We were welcomed by the General Manager, Mr. Stone, in a professional and friendly manner. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Beautiful dining room, exemplary service, excellent cocktails, and superb cuisine. We very much look forward to our next visit.

The overall experience was nice and the service was excellent. However the food quality was not good. I had a seafood player and the shrimp was tough, the crab legs had very little meat and the lobster tails were very small and also very tough.
