Very Good!!!! Nice views of Denver, nice atmosphere, great steak!
We had a delicious meal. Our server did their best to take care of us.
My Mom was in town for her birthday and we took her here. Everything was fantastic, from the drinks, appetizers, main courses and sides. The service was excellent and we will be back.
I would not recommend Simms for brunch at 1pm. Food was not replenished, several empty chaffing pans. The only Bartender was our server and was to able to provide timely service and never checked on us throughout the 2 hours.
Everything was great from beginning to end, a must go to for a great brunch!
Great atmosphere to go along with delicious food! Excellent service topped it all off!
This is my favorite buffet brunch in the city!!! Always awesome and all you can drink mimosas & coffee are included.
Simms brunch was awesome yesterday. The prime rib and red crab legs were excellent. Everything was five star and the service with Stephanie was exceptional!
If budget isn't an issue, it's a great place! Pricey but you get what you pay for.
I eat at Simms a few times a year. The experience has always been excellent.
Food was great. Our server was the best, hands down. Disappointed by: 1.) No changing tables for the kiddos. 2.) Convo I had w the manager the following day.
Our server was able to accommodate my dietary needs!
Great food and service!
The experience was wonderful. The food was excellent, the only disappointment were the crab legs, small portion and over cooked.
The vista we enjoyed from the dining room was spectacular AND Jon our waiter/bartender provided excellent service.
We went to the Sunday brunch buffet. Our reservations were for 12:30, but we didn’t get in line until almost an hour later. Not crowded. Which was a good thing because there wasn’t much food left. And they didn’t replenished much. The made-to-order omelets and roast beef we’re good. The only seafood was crab legs and they were all right: water logged but tasty. The remaining items we picked through were just mediocre. Service was spread thin — the new norm. Having bottomless mimosas as part of it is nice. But wouldn’t go for brunch again —$40 each for mediocre food isn’t worth it, despite the view.
Kitchen was closed, restaurant was under construction, Brunch items were not replaced, brunch areas were dirty and in disarray. Honestly I am disappointed I was not informed of the construction before I made my reservation! From now on I will call the restaurant to make my reservations 🤨
Great food. Love the happy hour deal on the pear martini! We enjoyed a lovely dinner. Never rushed, great service.
Steak was really good!!!
The crab cakes were delicious and he ordered a filet mignon! Very scrumptious!!
The views and ambiance are excellent. Food was below average but prices were above average.
Best steak in recent experience. Outstanding service. Perfect ambiance. Great view of the city. Highly recommend.
Great all the way around!!!!
Always superb food. Wine list is robust but priced a bit high
The waiter and all the service was fantastic! He made a perfect Hendricks dirty martini! Mom's prime rib was tender and delicious. Our scallops were pretty good and i wouldn't order them again. They weren't as tender and flavorful as I would like. Caesar's salad was good … however, no anchovies? The view was lovely! Mom's birthday dessert of flourless chocolate cake was fabulous!
Spectacular views of the city, not a fan of a la carte menu.
Great surroundings, a very comfortable "feel" to dining there. The prime rib Monday special is just that, a delicious meal, and BIG, with the fresh-baked bread another treat. For us, it's 20 miles to Simm's, but well worth the journey!
Simms has yet to disappoint! The service is always spectacular and the food is cooked perfectly. We have visited a handful of times and we are always pleased. The only complaint is the restaurant is dark for ambience and it really tests my aging vision but it won’t stop us from going back.
The Sunday brunch was impressive, and included some premium items like crab, shrimp and prime rib. There was everything from savory to sweet, and I highly recommend the cinnamon rolls. The bottomless mimosas is a huge selling point as well. Plan to spend a chunk of change for the pleasures, though.
Still our favorite brunch in Denver (but did you really have to drop the orange juice when you raised the prices?) and have recommended it many times with a local couple going just 2 weeks ago who, despite living here for decades, had never enjoyed brunch here. That said, EXTREMELY disconcerting to see guests and servers/busers/hosts NOT wearing face masks as required by both local county ordinance AND just plain common sense. To be sure, down the road we can all debate the merits of what we did or did not do correctly during the pandemic but right now, with Omicron running rampant, it is the law. you even have the sign on the front door. Difficult to police the guests but your own employees? We won't be back until this current wave dies down (purposely use that word) and the positivity rate around here is not at 25%.
#1 Why only half of the staff was wearing masks, county order???
#2 Service very slow - every step of the way
#3 Do not order spinach salad - awful! Baked potatoes hard and not warm??
#4 Steak ok but under cooked. Cheesecake very good.
Overall very disappointed. This is an expensive restaurant and should be much better!
Great food and amazing service from Nicole!
The food is always great, and the wait staff always friendly.
Elliott was professional, friendly and accommodating. Service was quick and efficient. View from our table was excellent
The service was outstanding!, the food was. So delicious and the servings were perfect!!! I would recommend this place as a five star restaurant!
Eddie our server was very attentive and made the meal very special. Lots of great food, discount for kids and seniors, wonderful.
The service was excellent, the ambiance was outstanding!! Absolutely gorgeous views. It’s a romantic spot that offers an extensive wine selection. I suggest getting the crab oscar as a compliment to a steak, it was great!
We pass by Simms so often that this was a must try. We had a pretty good assortment of food (we were a table of 5). Everything was great! I would highly recommend.
The food was excellent! Be ready for a high dollar ticket.. Dinner for two (bottle of wine, one soup, one appetizer, and two entrees) with tip was over $300. The wine was not the most expensive on the list. Sides are purchased separately from meat and are 8-10 a piece. Excellent quality food and service was wonderful.
A special occasion place for sure
New Year’s Eve dinner- as always service and food were exceptional.
