   What a wonderful night to celebrate my partners birthday! We enjoyed the small tasting menu and every dish was so tasty and special. We even got a little birthday cake at the end on the house. Thank you so much for this special evening, Silo. We’ll be back!

   Drinks (especially non alcoholic) were expensive hence the 4 vs 5 stars for value, but fantastic food and excellent experience otherwise.

   Absolutely stunning experience. Loved the zero-waste concept and their decidation to sustainable and regenerative values. The burst of flavours with the unusual food pairings was outstanding. Loved the attention to details from the decor to the wine selection. And the whole experience was so immersive, going on a journey to understand the ingredients and story behind the food. The staff is so attentive and nice, we felt well taken care of. I am glad I chose this place for my birthday celebration :)

   Delicious and unusual/unexpected flavour combinations with super fresh ingredients. Love the fact that nothing goes to waste. A delight for the tastebuds.

   Just wonderful. Will definitely be returning. They noted our leave time and adjusted accordingly. Excellent food and great service.
