Doug McMaster in collaboration with artist and visionary Joost Bakker create a unique ticketed dinner. Over the course of six nostalgic dishes, the evening’s menu will showcase the very best of Silo’s bold creativity through daring, delicious food, while operating without a bin. In partnership with Ruinart, the dinner will be meticulously paired with special bottles of 18th and 19th Edition Blanc Singulier, to toast a shared belief between Silo and Ruinart in the importance of intentional design to combat climate change. The evening will begin with a hosted panel talk on the topic of zero waste.
