Courtyard Marriott location was intriguing. Restaurant did not disappoint. Dim sum was delicious and cocktails too. Service thoughtful and swift. Will return.

The staff worked hard to make sure that the food came out in a timely way, and it was all delicious. Very attentive service and a very talented kitchen.

Silk Road is an unexpected culinary treat!! This must be the best dim sum in town. Everything is so unique, fresh and flavorful. I find myself wanting to go back immediately every time I visit them. No dish is bad. I love that they have a wide array of dishes with chicken, beef, and veggies. (They also have pork, but I have not tried those dishes). No matter how busy they are, the service is on point and everyone is so friendly. Also their selection of teas are wonderful. They also have alcoholic drinks.

The best dim sum I've had in Houston so far. The location of the restaurant is a but surprising but once you step inside it is a nice atmosphere and the food is delicious. The homemade noodles and all of their dim sum are delicious. Definitely recommend!

Been wanting to and finally went for lunch today. The food and service is fantastic! Had the crispy shrimp cheng fun, shui mai and har gow. A little too expensive for my weekly dim sum fix, but definitely worth it
