   New summer tasting menus of 3/5/8 courses. 8-course menu is really more like a 6-course...plenty of good food though. The red tuna, foie gras "sandwich" with onion chutney and mirin jelly was divine. Great balance of sweet and savoury and textures. Duck breast was excellent as well. Exceptionally crispy skin and meat is cooked to rare; juicy and tender. Halibut was a tad overcooked but the accompanying crispy octopus was excellent. Veal tenderloin was disappointingly bland. The buffalo sirloin (for the 5-course) and the hanger steak (for the 3-course) were much more flavourful.

   Service was impeccable. Never had to concern ourselves about water, wine or coffee fill-ups. Although we had 4 different servers throughout the evening they all seemed aware of each previous server's actions. As our various courses arrived, the constituents were carefully explained and all questions were thoroughly answered, all servers had a complete knowledge of the preparation of each plate. The food pairings were ingenious and flavourful all melding together subtly. The service was evenly paced, not rushed and not prolonged yet the evening was filled out. Our special occasion was remembered and spelled out on our dessert plates. A delightful and appreciated touch. Highly recommended dining pleasure.

   The food was good but not exceptional for the price. Presentation was very good. Quantities were small. Appreciated the happy anniversary chocolate touch on our dessert. Music would have appealed to an older generation. Restaurant was fairly empty.

   Food was excellent. You get to try a lot of different things in one meal and they're all extremely tasty. The service wasn't as classy as it was 10 years ago, but still a very friendly staff. It's an expensive night out but well worth it on those special occasions.

   Four friends celebrating our "special" birthday year. I made the reservations hoping that the choice would please everyone. We were surprised and delighted with the entire evening and the way were were treated by the waitstaff. We chose the five course meal and loved each one. Wonderful blend of flavors and food materials in the appetizer and soup course. Fish was moist and flaky and beef was cooked to our individual requests. Dessert offered just the right amount of sweetness at the end, and the plates were embellished with a chocolate drizzle that spelled Happy Birthday. Wine suggestions were helpful. We had a private alcove that felt special, and allowed us to talk and enjoy the evening. Expensive, but worth it

   Menu 3 services parfait d'équilibre, avec son tartare de thon, avocat et mangue, son rouget tendre et moelleux et son pana cotta aux bleuets... Menu 5 services très plantureux avec son thon mariné, son pâté de foie de canard, son confit de lapin et ses médaillons de boeuf riches et bien saignants, complétés par un gâteau au fromage de chèvre...

   Always dependable and exceeds expectations on most nights. Service, food and ambience a step above. This is more your traditional high end fancy restaurant but I'm tired and offended with the trend of paying alot,casual mediocre dining. I have never been disappointed here.

    Absolutely delectable food, courteous and friendly service (very knowledgeable as well). This is absolutely the restaurant to go to for a taste bud and eye candy adventure through the garden of delicious culinary treats!
