If you find yourself dreaming of the Texas Hill Country, savory comforts, spice, and the sultry depth of a fine Burgundy, you’ll be pleased to know about Signature at La Cantera Resort & Spa.

The menu is straightforward and beguiling, featuring contemporary interpretations of classic dishes — fresher, brighter versions of traditional cuisine enlivened with unconventional Texas spirit. Gulf seafood conspires with Atlantic Coast oysters flown in fresh, and the Hill Country is well-represented year-round. Local and organic ingredients change the menu as the seasons peak and wane, but the constants are quality, flavor, artistry in the kitchen and a warm welcome when you walk in the door.

    We had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Signature. The food and service were both a 10/10. Highly recommend.

    I had an amazing dinner at Signature! We went for the five-course tasting menu, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The highlight for me was definitely the Orange King Salmon.It was absolutely spectacular. The scallop and Caviar so brilliantly paired with the Grenache Blanc were delightful. Honestly, Every dish was beautifully done, with a lot of attention to flavor and presentation. The vibe of the place was relaxed but still very upscale—perfect for a special night out without feeling too formal. The service was top-notch too: friendly, professional, and on point all night. Overall, I had a fantastic time and honestly can’t wait to go back.

    Absolutely amazing! The environment and ambiance are Hill Country, smart casual. The folks that work here are warm, friendly, helpful, and know their craft. Great attention to service, flatware, and glass details. The food and courses are delectable. I could go on forever, but I’ll just say it was definitely Michelin quality. Again, absolutely amazing!
