If you find yourself dreaming of the Texas Hill Country, savory comforts, spice, and the sultry depth of a fine Burgundy, you’ll be pleased to know about Signature at La Cantera Resort & Spa.

The menu is straightforward and beguiling, featuring contemporary interpretations of classic dishes — fresher, brighter versions of traditional cuisine enlivened with unconventional Texas spirit. Gulf seafood conspires with Atlantic Coast oysters flown in fresh, and the Hill Country is well-represented year-round. Local and organic ingredients change the menu as the seasons peak and wane, but the constants are quality, flavor, artistry in the kitchen and a warm welcome when you walk in the door.

    Amazing experience! Service was so welcoming. We did the tasting menu and I’m gluten free (celiac) and I was still able to participate which was amazing. Everything was top notch. We also added the octopus as an appetizer and it was the best octopus we’ve ever eaten - so tender and delicious! The ambiance is amazing, decor is stunning, views are picturesque… love everything about this restaurant! Will definitely be back!

    From the moment we walked in, the experience was spectacular. Every employee we encountered was beyond exceptional. Food and drinks were phenomenal.

    The experience is amazing and they pay attention to detail and make sure you enjoy your food and the chef gives various tasters throughout the dinner and it is an enjoyable time and worth it! Would highly recommend and always make it a point to go when in San Antonion!

    A spectacular birthday dinner this evening with my better half. Honestly, it’s one of the best we’ve had in a long time in San Antonio. Some of the bites brought a big smile to my face… and all the dishes were amazing! ❤️😋🎂🥳

    The restaurant was overall fabulous. My husband and I had dinner while staying at the resort. We were very impressed by the attentive service, beverage options/menu as well as the fantastic food. We will definitely be coming back

    Signature was an amazing first time experience. My bf and I came here to celebrate my birthday mid week and it was a great choice. The service, ambience, and dishes were incredible. We ordered the pork belly, scallops, and short rib. All were such delicious selections. The restaurant is also located on a beautiful part of the La Cantera property so while enjoying dinner you can look out onto the beautiful manicured scenery. Our waitress let us know they’re a scratch and seasonal kitchen which was a huge plus for us. The drinks were also great (they’re strong but tasty). Overall we had a great time and would be back again!

    Me and my wife had The best meal ever!! Hands down!! From the time we entered the service was excellent!! The food just made it even more memorable for us!! The food didn’t stand a chance, We completely licked the plates!! Thank you Signature for always doing your best for us and all your customers.

    The appetizer, fresh bread, meal and desserts were outstanding. Our waitress was wonderful! She took great care of us and brought my husband a take home dessert since it was his birthday. Highly recommend visiting Signature
