   Perfect dining experience - as usual. We still haven’t found any place that meet Signature’s total experience. The bartender excels as always.

   The entire experience overall was quite enjoyable. Despite the reservation and arriving a few minutes early we still waited 10-15 past our initial reservation. It took a while for the food to make it out of the kitchen but when it did, it was awesome, but the wait was long. I will be returning to hopefully have a slightly better experience. But I would still recommend the restaurant if asked.

   The ambience is outstanding. Service was excellent. Food presentation was well thought out and delicious. Our server, Alyssa, is someone we will seek for our next visit. The hostess was confused about seating us with someone we weren’t dining with but she was very apologetic. The only hiccup was another patron brought her dog into the restaurant with a baby stroller. In the beginning, she had the dog in her lap at the table. Alyssa told her the dog would have to be completely in the carrier. Alyssa was told the dog was an, “Alert animal.” The dog barked several times. Of course, everyone in the restaurant knew it was not a service animal. A service animal does not bark unless there is a medical emergency. I find it remarkable that you’re not allowed to bring a birthday cake into the restaurant, but a dog was allowed. That was my only disappointment.

   Me and my wife went here for our Anniversary dinner. It was excellent, the service was great, our server was very knowledgeable, polite, and catered to our every need. The food was excellent, and plated very nicely. If your are looking for fine dining in San Antonio. I would definitely recommend Signature to family and friends!! Thank you so much to the staff and our server

   Maybe the best dining experience I have ever had in San Antonio. Service was spectacular with Jacob at the helm. Chef John worked his magic in the kitchen and all items were 5 Star. Lovely cocktails to start, and a chocolate dessert to finish the night! We will not soon forget our evening at Signature.
