Signature, Inspired by Chef Andrew Weissman
The menu is straightforward and beguiling, featuring Andrew’s contemporary interpretations of classic dishes — fresher, brighter versions of traditional cuisine enlivened with unconventional Texas spirit. Gulf seafood conspires with Atlantic Coast oysters flown in fresh, and the Hill Country is well-represented year-round. Local and organic ingredients change the menu as the seasons peak and wane, but the constants are quality, flavor, artistry in the kitchen and a warm welcome when you walk in the door.

We chose a great place to celebrate our anniversary. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. We appreciated the knowledge staff. We enjoyed all the fun and flavorful treats we received in between the food we ordered. This is a true gem!
Simply delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed brunch. I also recommend the dinner experience!
Limited brunch menu but everything was delicious. We ordered steak & eggs, wild mushroom omelette & crab cakes & eggs. Had a great pear-cinnamon mimosa. Will return next week to treat a friend to birthday brunch. Great food, service & atmosphere
Impeccable service, willing to accommodate in advance requests, and prepared to deliver. Well done.
Great service and atmosphere. Beverage service was amazing. Overall food was delicious.
It’s always perfection. The service is great, the cocktails are solid, the food always exceeds expectation.
A superb adult dining experience, as we've grown accustomed to at Signature! We enjoyed a Caesar salad, beef tenderloin, and maple syrup dessert--all were exquisite. Service was gracious and accommodating (although cocktails could arrive more quickly), and everyone at Signature appears eager to make your evening a memorable one. Staff training is beyond compare! Signature has become my favorite San Antonio restaurant for a special celebration.
Signature always does a good job in every area. Food is great and well prepared and presented.
We let the server choose our appetizers and they were excellent. it more than lived up to my expectations and I cannot wait to go again.
Best birthday ever. Perfection.
My husband took me to Signature for my birthday celebration. Absolutely gorgeous ambience, fabulous food and spectacular service!
We celebrated a birthday
This is the first time that my prime new york steak was not prepared correctly
Perfect, Birthday dinner with family!
For the price we were expecting a lot more quality from the food. Service was great and manager kindly removed a meal from the bill however I definitely won't be going back. Disappointing close to 2019 unfortunately.
We go to Signature about every two months and always enjoy. This was a New Years Eve event and the menu was a set menu. It was very disappointing and extremely expensive. The food was horrible to the point that we felt totally ripped off. We will not go back to a another special event here including Valentines. We will continue to go for a regular dinner but no more of these. Very disappointed.
So thankful we spent our 15 Year Wedding Anniversary there! We plan to attend again, soon!
Just a fantastic experience from when you arrive to when you leave. Great food and ambiance. Attentive staff and a creative menu. A must in San Antonio!
Love this place, food, service and ambiance are amazing! Highly recommend!
I LOVE this place, not only for the location away from downtown, but also that it's Andrew Weissman of course! HOWEVER, the price of the New Year's Eve dinner was $162 per person without wine and I was truly not aware of the price. Adding wine, cocktails and a tip, it put the dinner at $500. I really have to say the dinner was GREAT and I will go here again, but NEVER for this type of meal. OpenTable needs to do a better job of adding an extra step to inform folks about the cost. It was my birthday, so we definitely splurged....but I could have had a new diamond necklace for that price.
The New Year’s eve prix fixe menu was outstanding with a variety of courses, which were well prepared. The main course’s mash potatoes were only slightly warm which detracted from the meal. We selected one of the wine tastings offered, which in retrospect we should not have done because we do not care for sweet wines. The sommelier graciously substituted different wines for the ones we did not like. Overall a very nice evening with outstanding food. Probably a one time event for us due to the cost.
Went for New Year’s Eve. A six course pre fixe. Starters excellent, a crispy prawn that quadrupled, could have been a meal and a foie gras that was excellent. Soup course was duck consommé and salad was lobster, excellent. Entrees were beef and fish ,both excellent. Desert likewise. Service very good. The price is borderline gouging, with a total of $500 for two with tip and a very modest ($54) bottle of wine. I really love this place and its food, but extracting the last dime from customers on special dates is troubling. Their normal pricing is upscale, but bearable. Buyer beware.
This is one of the best restaurants in the city! Every time we visit, we are impressed with the unique menu items, preparation and service. I highly recommend it for a date night. It is pricey but the wine selections are excellent and the experience is well worth it.
Good food and service. It’s a nice place to go for a special occasion.
Adequate service for IHOP not for $14 blueberry pancakes - although good pancakes. Service had to ask repeatedly for things like sugar & sweeteners to be brought to table. Not anticipating-my-needs kind of service as portrayed on yelp. Food was good for 2 of 3 people in my party. One Entree I didn’t like at all. Do not order Skakshuka eggs and polenta. Disappointed because my expectations were so high.
Food has changed. Brunch was
Average last time we ate there. Unfortunately was
One of our favorite Restraunt. Hope not improves in the future.
Please continue to offer the cheeseboard and the pastry board for breakfast. More vegetarian options that are brunch-based would also be appreciated.
Easily the best restaurant in San Antonio.
Exceptional food and service and I hate to even mention the downfalls.
1. You cant see if you go at night. They turn the lights down so low that the menu is not readable unless you use your phone's flashlight - seriously.
2. The two-tops are very small and right on top of each other.
3. Only white napkins. Spending as much money on the meal, you would expect black napkins for slacks.
But we will go back because everything else was great!
Most of all our dinners were excellent. The one special steak and seafood was not prepared well. Steak was medium well and we ordered medium rare. The seafood was slightly undercooked.
What a gorgeous restaurant with lovely staff and f***ing DELICIOUS food!! Complimentary amuse bouche and dessert bites were a very pleasant surprise! Best bread rolls ever - steaming fresh from the oven. We will definitely be back!
Second best restaurant in San Antonio, not bad if is against Le Reve, which is closed now and it was Chef Andrew Weismann master creation. Family was extremely pleased with our Christmas Eve dinner. Definitely will return.
Fabulous service. Understood, met and exceeded any expectation for service. Food was distinctly different, culturally unique, flavorful, and a wide variety of choices in a small and intimate menu. We felt the pace was perfect. In checking with my adult children, their favorite memory of our five day trip was dinner at Signature.
The rabbit gnocchi appetizer + Branzino was amazing! The warm bread and butter was so good we asked for seconds :)
Excellent food. Menu is varied. Cocktails and wine choices are excellent. Service is unobtrusive and timely. I had the rabbit appetizer, redfish entree and semifreddo dessert. We have celebrated our last 3 anniversaries here. Highly recommend the place
Great brunch menu and friendly staff. The steak and eggs hit the spot.
Signature continues to be the best place in NW San Antonio. Great menu, superb personnel, outstanding chefs. I like this place a lot.
Excellent in all aspects. Attention to detail very impressive.
Excellent venue for a special dinner. Great menu. Absolutely impeccable service. Plus, the restaurant was full and we could still have a conversation. One of the best in Texas.
Food and service are superb. The noise level can get a little high due to the room design, but it still is a great place to have a meal.
