Superb food, superb atmosphere, just brilliant. Will definitely head back there at some point again soon.

Great place to eat but very noisy! Food was lovely and the portion sizes were generous but it was spoilt but a group of people, one guy in particular, who loved the sound of his own voice and his language was disgusting and in such a small place was very noticeable....Obviously that is not the restaurants fault but it made for an uncomfortable evening, we just wanted to get out, which was a shame.

We made a last minute booking for this restaurant. We were not disappointed. The restaurant is small, which was lovely. The service was excellent with helpful and friendly staff. The food was outstanding.

Very authentic and the staffs are all very friendly, which I found quite unusual in Chinese restaurants in Soho!

I’ve lived in Sichuan for a year and was able to find all the main authentic dishes here!! Incredible. Staff is really nice too and environment is clean.

The food was not served all at once , very inexperienced waiters and the disturbing thing was when I checked home the bill and I found a service charge even i tell them to add a tip. Not coming back in 1000 years.

A Chinese restaurant at walking distance from our hotel. The food was very good but not spectacular. Service, however, was kind and efficient. This is extra important for kids that are hungry. In a neighborhood where there are plenty of reasonably priced restaurants to pick from, I would certainly consider Sichuan Chef one to consider seriously.

I had dinner here with a group of friends. It coincided with one of my friend’s birthday; the restaurant allowed us to bring in a cake to celebrate (I asked, knowing they didn’t have cake on the menu). The staff brought out the cake after our meal without my having to prompt them, having arranged candles on it that I had brought in with the cake. Afterwards, they also happily gave us containers to split and bring home left over cake. All commented on how good the food was (albeit some dishes, some found a little salty) and we had a great time. Thank you to the staff for helping to make it an enjoyable evening.
