   My boyfriend ordered Ribeye but received New York Strip. The steak did not have much taste. Our server was excellent and the bbq shrimp was absolutely delicious. And the crème brûlée was awesome also. We feel the cost of the entrees were a bit pricey for the quality we received.

   Stopped by for dinner on our way to our vacation spot. I be always been a fan of Shula’s. I have been going for years. I mostly visited the Tampa location before they closed for good after Covid. The place was near empty only looked like 3-4 covers. Maybe It’s a slow time of year there with spring break and it’s not football season. Overall my experience was ok. I’m shocked to see they got rid of the French onion soup. It was always a staple with my dinner there. My steak was good. Sides came out lukewarm at best. They were out of the lava cake which again is another staple when I dine there. Service was attentive but nothing special. It’s sad to see this once great steakhouse franchise is on the downfall. I hope this place/company stays in business, but it pains me to say there are better options now.

   My wife and I drove in for a nice dinner the Sunday after our wedding and it was a great experience. The shrimp cocktail and lobster bisque were excellent starters and we split the dry-aged cowboy steak, medium rare. The steak was perfectly complemented by the Oscar-style topping or asparagus with crab and hollandaise. We finished with crème brûlée and it was a great quiet dinner.

    Shulas was overall a fantastic experience. My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary. Atmosphere and food were phenomenal, and our server was very attentive. We’re excited to visit again in the future.

    Horrible! Food took over an hour to come out. When food arrived chicken looked and tasted disgusting. So we tried the salmon and BBQ shrimp which was okay, but also took a hour to come out. Food overpriced not worth hassle. payed $103 for the worst dinner ever.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

    Great service , food and drinks were very good. Steak was cooked perfectly as were the lobsters. Nice quiet restaurant with intimate appeal. Only detraction is its located inside of hotel as opposed to a stand alone location.

    It was not the fine dining experience I expected. The size of the restaurant is modest but all the diners were clustered in one small area. Overall the food was excellent but also lacking in the wow factor, the steaks were rather plain and nearly bland. The sides are excellent. The service was at the level we were comfortable. The desert required a half hour notice yet the cake wasn't freshly cooked which was weird. Overall it was a nice quiet evening dining with friends and family.

    There were 6 of us to celebrate a 50th birthday. Restaurant was a bit cold but we got a really nice table kind of by ourselves with beautiful high back chairs. The waitress was very nice and accommodating to our requests. Almost everyone at the table ordered apps that were all very good and all the temperatures of the food was as it should be. We ordered a beautiful bottle of Russian River wine and others not having wine had cocktail’s and beers all very good. All but one person ordered the steaks with baked potatoes and Brussel sprouts. I had ordered a hot buttered plate with my steak. When the plate came the service staff accidentally dropped the plate with butter going all over including pants of one in our party. Totally an accident and he was embarrassed and apologetic we felt bad for him. When the food came unfortunately the plates tge steaks were on were cold and the meat was only warm not hot and the baked potatoes the same only luke warm butter wouldn’t even melt. The waitress asked about the food and we had to tell her. The manager Harry came to the table to apologize and asked to remake the steaks. Only one person said they would like to have her steak heated and they took it back to heat. When the steak came out the manager accidentally spilled the steak on the floor. Once again Harry felt terrible and he totally made it up to us by comping some of the food and bought us each a drink and dessert. The food we had tasted great everyone loved what they had if the food had been hot. I can’t say enough good things about our waitress and the Manager Harry. They did all they could to make up for the couple of accidents and all in all everyone had a great time and still felt the restaurant was great. It was our first time there and it won’t be our last thanks to the great staff and the way we were treated. Thank you again Harry for all you did for us to make it a great birthday party. Billie

    Our experience at Shula's was excellent. The only drawback of the evening was that the Hotel was having issues with their heating system. The food was outstanding, the service impeccable, our waitress was very attentive but not overbearing. All in all we were satisfied and will definitely return.

    Overall experience was neutral. Service was great, but food was slow to come out. First round of main entrees took a long time and were cold. Food was sent back and replacements were hot and delicious. Our server and the Manager resolved it.

    We double dated with friends for NYE. While the food wasn’t bad, it was no where near the quality for the price. The waiter was nice, but wait times for food and drinks was astronomical and it wasn’t that busy. Again, the food wasn’t bad it just wasn’t worth the price. We don’t mind spending money, but we don’t want to get Longhorn food at Ruth Chris price and that’s what we got.

    Two of us were in the restaurant for 2 hours. In that time one person had a cocktail, the pair of us finished our salad or soup, we finally asked for some bread as it had yet to be offered, we drank a bottle of wine, and we were STILL waiting for our main course to arrive. Constantly being told "it is coming right up" or something similar. Really? Several tables of diners arrived after us and had already received their entrees and were leaving. The restaurant was NOT full. There were several open tables. Not a good New Year's Eve experience at all. We were looking forward to trying Shula's for the first time as we were in Gainesville New Year's Eve night on our drive to Singer Island, FL. VERY disappointing.

    We met friends for New Years Eve. The restaurant is located in the Hilton hotel. Not very crowded which was fine with us. Nice atmosphere. Our server was very attentive. The steak and especially the lobsters tails left a lot to be desired.

    First of all, our server - Athena - was AWESOME!!!! However, our steaks were less than stellar. We were there to celebrate my mom's 90th birthday, as my parents' anniversary dinner there was great and they wanted a repeat experience. This time, however, one of the 3 filets ordered was not cooked properly - medium instead of medium rare - and the NY strip was 60% fat. It was definitely not a prime-level cut. Not the Shula's we've experienced in the past.

    I'm from Miami, and have been at the original Shula's in Miami Lakes many times. This one pales in comparison to the quality of the meat and overall experience. While our servers were very attentive, the food was average at best. I had an Old Fashioned and it was a good cocktail to get things started. Starting with our appetizers. The thick cut bacon is very good as were the Calamari. Probably the best items we consumed last night. The manager, who happened to walk by, was surprised when I requested plates to be able to serve the appetizers. May he thought the bread plates were for that purpose? (By the way, no one brought or even offered bread. I suppose they do serve since there were plates w butter knives on them). I ordered the boneless rib eye cut, although cooked to my liking, had very little flavor one would expect with the amount of marble in the meat. It was also brought at tepid temperature. The mushroom and Lobster Mac sided were good. The truffle fries curiously were cold at the edge of the serving dish, yet warm in the middle. Overall, knowing how good Shula's is in Miami, I was disappointed with this experience. Not sure given the Coach's passing, whether the quality behind his namesake did too.

    Overall a really good place. Will NOT be ordering the scallops again, outside looked perfect, but the inside was undercooked. Lobster Mac had an underlying taste of artificial ingredients.

    Wedge salad was lacking for a high end steakhouse. Small wedge with som brown on some parts. Should have been taken off the menu for that night, until quality head could be served.
