Food was overall okay, nothing special. Waitress was a little pushy when it came to ordering drinks. Managers were nice checking in every so often.

There is something very sketchy about the way they handle reservations. We showed up on Father’s Day with a 6:30 PM. 1) There was a 30 minute line just to check in for the reservation. Not get a seat. Just literally tell the hostess we’re here. I don’t understand how this could be. Yes, there were about 10 parties ahead of us to check in. But still, what takes 30 minutes about 10 parties giving their name? 2) There was an incredible number of people waiting for a table who all of them had reservations. Maybe 50 to 75 people? How did they possibly overbook this much? Obviously, the way to actually sit for those with reservations would be an hour or two. 3) Perhaps most bizarrely, they were continuing to take Reservations on opentable this entire time. With multi hour weights for those with Reservations, why would they take more reservations? And they had reservations available for EVERY time slot! There isn’t even an effort to honor their reservations.

We didn’t get to eat there . We showed up to our 6:30 reservation. They told it would another 2 hour wait to be seated . So we left to another restaurant.

They wayyyy overbooked. When we showed up, there was a line out the door, with dozens of parties - and we were shocked to find that everyone in line had a reservation. It took us 30 minutes to even reach the front of the line to check in, and when we did, we were told the wait was looking like 1-1.5 hours. This means (assuming no delays) we wouldn’t even get to sit down until around 2 hours after our original reservation time! Maybe there was a bug in the reservation system - those things happen. But what I find inexcusable is that the staff would not even admit the delay. Many people in line had small children, and most appeared to be there to celebrate something. But there was no apology, no offer to discount something or provide people with drinks, no suggestions of alternate restaurants, not even an acknowledgement that most peoples’ plans for the night were likely to be ruined. Even the hosts who were checking people in seemed completely nonchalant. With dozens of people waiting in line to confirm they had arrived, the hosts were taking their time, chatting, and largely just watching the check in line stretch longer and longer into the parking lot. If nothing else, they could have provided seating, and prioritized getting people onto the list, with phone numbers, so everyone could sit down and not worry about losing their spot. As it was I saw one table well ahead of us get skipped over, because having checked in more than an hour and a half before, they had gone to sit in their car to wait. The restaurant staff, which had their number, never bothered to call. We had a two year old with us, so we ended up leaving to find a new restaurant. But after that experience, I’ll never bother trying this place again.

Had a 7:00 pm reservation, which we showed up to on time, but we weren’t seated until 7:30 PM. There were many other reservations facing the same issue (waiting up to 1/2 hour to be seated with a reservation). Not sure if it was due to all of the events (graduation and a large birthday party [party of ~30]) or if this is normally how this restaurant operates with overbooking. Everything else was great though!

Steak prepared is mainly cooked well. Steak need to have good medium and medium rare options as well. Need to learn a page or 2 from Fogo De Chaoz

The men enjoyed the visit more than I did. We celebrated our teen son's birthday. The restaurant was nice to put a sign on the table and bring him a complimentary dessert with candle. The servers brought the top sirloin around often, and some others infrequently. I don't care for the constant interruptions of our dinner conversation, but that's the nature of the beast. The salad etc. buffet had a nice variety. Other servers came around pushing wagyu and alcohol shots for an extra fee.

This was the first time visiting the restaurant. They had a big party and us during lunch time, and only 2 servers. The service was very slow, and they kept ignoring us even when we had the green card on the table. After we asked one of the servers for some cuts, He started to come back, but with the same type of cuts. We have to ask for lamb and file mignon for them to bring it to us. They only came once with those cuts. We spend probably only 50 minutes in the restaurant. They gave us some roasted pineapple and they never came back to our table, even when we still have the green card on the table. I am not sure if the pineapple was our signal, that our time was up, the big party still there and they still coming to them with meat. We waited for about 20 minutes and nobody came to ask if we were ok or need anything else. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, but did not even want to wait for the dessert menu. We are definitely not coming back.

It’s what you expect from a high-end rodizio with excellent food and great quality meats. The only disappointment in that regard were the chicken hearts, a bit hard and chewy. Great selection of hot and cold food at the salad bar, feijoada and farofa were top-notch. For dessert, the crème brûlée - offered to the birthday girl - was perfect. Rodizio service was great though all meats pretty much came at the same time, disregarding our “red-green” tile on the table. One star was removed because somehow they messed up our reservation for 7 people and had a table of 4 set up for us (!). I confirmed my reservation was indeed for 7. More importantly because of the”pushy” attitude of the waiters who were over-selling “options”. We were not even seated that we were already asked which bottled water we wanted. Then we got a pitch on the wagyu beef - an additional $155 to the standard $75 prix-fixe menu - and it was explained in such a way that my wife misunderstood the “free” part of the birthday deal. They removed her $75 charge and kept the $155 charge instead of keeping the $75 charge and making the Wagyu option free. Hopefully they learn from reviews like mine and improve things to 5-stars worthy of the price paid. They opened recently so still much to learn. With wine - a wonderful Argentinian Malbec - service and tax, our bill came to $120 per person. Ambiance was noisy, which is kind of expected from rodizios.

The guys with the meats coming over to offer meat so often and kept asking people at my table if they wanted meat, even the ones that had the meat card flipped to red! My dinner felt rushed and I was constantly bombarded. I almost felt some anxiety while eating dinner because I don’t know when they will suddenly pop up again! The food also tasted just okay.
