   The hostess canceled our reservation and gave our table to another group. We showed up at 10:15 pm, and we’re waiting for her to finish taking pictures of a group on their way out. By the time she checked us in was 10:22 pm and she then told us it was passed the 15 minute reservation hold. She was very dismissive and didn’t want to grant our reservation.

   This place is amazing every year! Cocktails and food are a little pricey, but it's expected for downtown prices. Will definitely try to catch it next year if possible!

   The place was decorated fabulously and our drinks were good, expensive, but good. The snacks were okay. Our server was nice and fun at first, but got snarky when we asked for help selecting a new drink. You do not get to keep the mugs.

   Place is wonderful!!! We had the best time!! Great social distancing precautions and mask wearing! Great cocktails.

   The menu didn’t display any food or snacks to my knowledge. However, drinks were phenomenal, service was great, ambiance was fantastic. This will for sure be a yearly tradition for us now.

   This was just ok. It is not the fault at all of the venue; I realize it is a pop up and a bit challenging but thought overall, was just ok. I ordered the snickerdoodle cookies and was presented 3 'box' cookies (not even warm) on a paper plate (for $6). And we were told the drinks were premade but yet it still took about 10 minutes to get a drink. And when you are only given a small window to stay, a bit frustrating that time was wasted, waiting on our drinks (*and it was not super crowded). The staff was super friendly and doing the best they could. But not something I would rush to go back to next year.

   Drinks were delicious, however we got charged 8 dollars for a cup of unflavored popcorn. Christmas decor was great as usual.
