Located in the center of the city, Shinjuku Ramen Noodle is proud to serve our Japanese ramen in Calgary. We serve ramen noodles made with the finest ingredients and believe in using only the finest ingredients for our ramen broth. Our broth has a deep Unami richness that comes from carefully simmering Tonkotsu, vegetables, and dried fish for many hours. With Tonkotsu broth, bones are cooked over sixteen hours, not only does all the dissolving and gelatin creation take place, but you also end up breaking down fat, marrow, calcium, and protein. All ramens are topped with fresh house-made pork chashu, marinated soft-boiled egg, bamboo shoots, fresh green onions, and sesame seeds.
