   We celebrated Mother’s Day here and it was perfect. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. Especially the dim sum. Will definitely go back.

   Honestly not a great experience and considering it was highly rated on the Michelin guide, I was pretty disappointed. We couldn’t find our server for most of the night and on top of it the stairs going down to the restroom were incredibly slippery and I fell down the stairs. I told the server and all he did we bring my a bandaid for my elbow and take $20 off our bill. Never once did he ask if I was okay or did a manager come see if I was okay so I won’t be returning.

   Food standard is not consistent, some day very good some day average. This time the peking duck was under toast. Skin colour is too light, most fat under the skin still not melted.

   Loved the food, shame we had to wait for over an hour for one of the dim sum dishes. Staff were nowhere to be seen.

   Very posh Chinese restaurant in the Dorsett hotel. There are some familiar favourites on the menu but a lot of them were unfamiliar even to me and my (Chinese) dad and the staff were polite but spoke only middling English so didn't recommend or help with the menu at all Due to the above there were a few difficulties taking order - like one dish didn't come and had to be reordered and the fact the scallop dish only contained one scallop wasn't entirely clear. To be honest the price didn't bother me at all but some help with the menu and recommendations would have gone a long way. Service very fast, but there were never any waiters near us and we often had to wander off to find one (went at a not busy time at 1630 on a Sunday)

   absolutely fantastic dim sum in Shepherd's Bush.. been many times and its always very good. highly recommended

    Delicious and authentic roast Peking duck. Best I’ve tasted outside Beijing! Texture of the steamed dumplings was spot-on, fillings were interesting and well flavoured.
