I can’t really rate the food, since we didn’t get any, but the Open Table app makes you rate everything before they let you make a comment. The restaurant accepted our reservation for a time the restaurant was not open, so we never got to eat here. Then when we tried to make a reservation somewhere else, the Open Table app said we couldn’t make another reservation for the same time, nor would it let us cancel our reservation through the app, since by then it was after our reservation time. The app said we had to call the restaurant directly, but since the restaurant wasn’t open, that wasn’t a possibility. We finally showed up at another restaurant without a reservation, but were able to get in and had a wonderful experience. A big fail for both the Gallery Restaurant at Sheraton Suites and the Open Table app.
