Was very nice and you could dress casual. The prices were good because the portions were on the small side, but what we ordered was excellent. My wife could handle the spicy heat, but mine lingered for awhile. Service was top notch. All in all I would go back again.
Great food and service. Typical Flay good flavors.
Everything was amazing! I loved that it was tapas style. The servers knew what to recommend and there were no disappointments.
The BEST Tuna Tartar, we have ever had, the Grilled Octopus, is a MUST, the Tuna Cerviche was Awesome, very different and Unique, But the BEST OF BEST was the Black Squid Noodles, OMG to Die for!! We shared all of these and had NO room for dessert, Darn!!! Next time in Vegas this WILL be First stop then on to Mesa Grill, for the Rabbit!!!
Bobby Flay has done a great job with this restaurant concept. The Latin/Asian fusion provides a fun and flavorful menu. Lots of unexpected options and combinations. We ate about a dozen dishes and they were all excellent.
As usual the staff was well trained and personable. We all loved the experience.
Food was amazing! Great service.
I had high expectations because it’s Bobby flay, but was very impressed with everything. Great service- very attentive. Food was amazing- we had 2 rolls, spicy tuna and soft shell crab. Both were fantastic with great presentations. Had a japanese green peach for the first time which was a great pallet cleanser. For the entrees we had grilled octopus, squid ink pasta, and fried chicken. The best was surprisingly the fried chicken- the best I’ve ever had! And at a seafood restaurant at that. We had a couple desserts which were also very good. I’ll definitely be coming back! Only downside is it’s a little pricey, and some of the portions were a little light, but you get what you pay for.
Wonderful restaurant. I was with a friend and we both agreed that everything we ordered was full of flavor. Our wait staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Will return next trip to Vegas.
Very nice restaurant. Tried many items on the menu. Everything was delicious.
For a high priced Bobby Flay property, the food was average and service below. Disappointing to say the least
The food was unique and very good. The service was excellent. We were surprised that it was so empty on a Friday night at 8. It was a little pricey.
Scallops were amazing!!
We absolutely love this restaurant and we’re surprised it wasn’t packed. We went on a recommendation of a friend who had been recently. The staff was amazing and helped us make decisions. We loved everything we tried. The grilled octopus was so tender, the corn is a must. We also tried the fried chicken and agreed it was our favorite. It’s definitely worth the trip off the strip.
Amazing food and top notch service. A must go! The octopus and the ceviche were exceptional! Go with the server recommendations. They are well trained and have tasted all the food.
Outstanding dinner! Recommend Tuna tartar, crispy rice with chorizo, and halibut.
The food was okay. The grilled octopus was the best dish we had. We shared the octopus, the scallops which didn’t have a lot of flavor but were perfectly cooked. The squid in pasta, again not a lot of flavor. Tried the chicken, which had tons of flavor, with the grilled corn side, also good flavor. I expected more from a Bobby Flay restaurant.
The food was incredible, no surprise there! The service could have been a little better. We requested to look at the drinks menu a second time and we were not brought the menu until we asked again. A plate was taken without asking if we were finished. Just small things that would have made the experience a 5/5. Overall a great restaurant and I would definitely recommend it to friends.
The food at Shark was amazing. My son and I love seafood and Shark did not disappoint. The Blue Fin tuna ceviche was so good, as well as the lobster tacos. My son had sushi and said it was wonderful. I wish I was closer to this restaurant. AMAZING.
Overall excellent experience with a romantic setting and wonderful food.
In true Bobby Flay fashion this is a home run restaurant concept. I haven't had seafood dishes this well composed in a long time.
Very nice people working there, great food. My new favorite place to eat in las Vegas
We enjoyed the evening, yet, truly it was not close to what we had expected for our first visit. I have been a true follower of Bobby’s for years and this one is far from his earlier concepts. Guess he’s just outgrown his successes and is stepping too much “Out of the Box”. Maybe he should remember to dance with the girl you brought?
The ambience is sort of cheap diner, and the food was underwhelming. Frankly I was shocked that this place has Flay's name associated with it. Been to Mesa grill many times and had much better experience.
We were happy with everything we ordered! Started with Blue Tuna ceviche which was delicious and had some good heat. Next came the squid ink pasta with romesco sauce and crab and we wished we ordered two of these because it was just gone. The halibut, fried chicken lobster tacos and crispy rice with chorizo came out at once. Halibut was perfectly flaky, chicken had a great combination of sweet and savory along with a little heat, had lobster claw meat in the tacos which was awesome and we could've eaten the crispy rice all day. It was the perfect amount of food for two because of the tapas style. Lastly, got the churros and paired it with the vanilla macadamia nut ice cream. One had churro, the other had a spoon. Would absolutely go back!
The food was very, very good and the presentation was excellent.
Food was excellent. Our server tried to rush our dinner, even though we said he wanted to take it slow
Brought my 14 year old son after the movie at the Palms. What an incredible meal and something we both loved. Service and Atmosphere were fantastic. Food came out quick and I loved the tapas style. We tried 5 different items (tacos were over the top) and both munched on a little of everything. Best corn I have ever had and it seemed like we had 5 different folks waiting on our table.
SOLID performance for Shark. I was NOT expecting what we ended up with and we will be back, a Lot!
Went to Shark for a business dinner. We all thought it was outstanding!!! The tapas sharing style really added to our experience and was nicely interactive. The good was beyond my expectations - especially the tuna with crispy rice and the octopus. Great service too. I’ll be back!
Second visit. This time was even better than the first. Top notch service and the food is amazing. Best octopus I’ve ever had.
First time at Shark...lived up to expectations!!!
Excellent food and service.
Octopus was outstanding.
Everything was excellent. The blue fin tuna roll and ceviche were wonderful! Definitely a place to return
We had a great time food was good just over all a great time love Bobby
Our waiter was so great, super helpful, gave great recommendations on food, drinks, and events going on.
The fried chicken, crushed avocado and tenderloin tacos were one of the best meals ever!
Not the best, bartender was rude, food portion size was dumb, little to no ambiance, pricy, flavors were good. Shark is over priced for what you get even if it is Flay.
Went here for a birthday dinner and everything was wonderful. Every single thing We ordered was delicious and we will definitely return.
