Our newest addition to Main Street Patchogue. Located in one of the most historical buildings on Main Street once owned and operated by James G. Shand and his family for around 100 years. A chef driven menu focused on seasonality and sustainability with continental cuisine ranging from freshly baked bread and local farm produce to house made pastas and thoughtfully sourced proteins. Our beverage menu is an eclectic mix of cocktails curated by seasoned bartenders and a wine list from around the world.

Each course showcases where we are as a restaurant and where we are headed. Join us for a one-night-only cocktail-style dinner featuring a whole pig butcher and build-your-own plate experience in The State Room. Guests will enjoy a variety of cuts served alongside house-made sauces and seasonal sides — no formal seating, just grazing, sipping, and having fun. We’re pairing the evening with a whiskey-forward bar menu, including cocktails crafted with J&J Store Picks: Rebel Cinnamon Stave & Vanilla Stave Finished Whiskey. Yellowstone Bourbon pours and cocktails will also be flowing throughout the night. Expect a laid-back, flavor-packed night of bold food, expertly paired drinks, and plenty of room to roam. Come hungry. Come thirsty.

Food and service was excellent! We sat in front window room and it was a little warm. My only complaint is that they do not allow substitutions on sides which we needed due to medical condition.

Everything was perfect from the minute we arrived. The place is very warm & cozy. Drinks, soup, salads & entrees perfect. Our waitstaff Brook was awesome and well versed on every meal we talked about. Paying attention to everything we needed. We will be back!

So when we made the rez on open table, we picked The State Room which was closed and no one told us, so we got dressed up for a nice speakeasy type atmosphere. We arrived to be told they were closed and we had to eat at Shands. Quiet frankly the food was terrible, it took 20 minutes to get a drink. Gabriel our server was very nice, so kudos to him, but what a terrible experience. I will go back to Artemis in Ronkonkoma all day long. Sorry but very disappointed.

Amazing ambiance, attentive service and outstanding food. The cocktails are easily the best in town, with a staff that is not only knowledgeable, but almost scientific with how much they know flavors and flavor profiles. I'd recommend this restaurant 100x over, great for a date, work dinners or just grabbing a quick bite. The waiters were all super nice and patient with my 2 year old and she loved them. 10/10

Classy spot professional server ( Eileen) interesting menu not your standard fare outstanding I had the summer sausage with potato salad. My wife had a killer lasagna basically in a crockpot that she was raving about and trust me, she is the ultimate foodie works in the industry for 50 years. She’s been working in the industry. great job we will be back.

Excellent dinner experience. The food was as they advertised, an elevated menu. Waiter was very knowledgeable. We were not rushed, enjoyed the meal very much.

This is my new go to place on Long Island because the place is so pretty, the service by Gabriel and Eileen up at the speakeasy were attentive, lovely and professional. The broccolini sauce was a little too salty for me, but the gulf shrimp, oysters app and the salmon entree were perfect. We finished it off with the chocolate cake and cappuccino. The drink prices weren’t as bad as other places. We got a bottle of sparkling wine for $48. Not too crazy these days. Would highly recommend or take someone from out of town here.
