Shalom Y'all is an exploration and celebration of the Levant. We combines flavors and dishes from the Eastern Mediterranean, North Africa, and the Middle East with the produce and proteins of the Pacific Northwest to produce a phenomenal menu. Some standout items include the grilled lamb chops in Greek vinaigrette, the Baharat spiced chicken kebab served over mejadara, and our silky hummus served with fresh baked pita.

Shalom Y'all is located in the heart of Eastside Portland, Oregon and boasts a charming, industrial atmosphere featuring exposed cement walls flanked by warm wooden accents. You'll experience innovative yet approachable cuisine, an inspired menu of cocktails and beverages, all in a lively atmosphere.

Service was not great. Merely okay, felt server could have been friendlier and more helpful. My well behaved kids were scolded for blowing out the 2 mini votive candles on the table…left a bad impression on my husband and I who come here often.

As always, reservation was handled perfectly, timely and friendly service with good advice, shared dshes for a party of 5 were spaced well so that the next set came not long after after he prior set was completed. And, of course, the food and drinks were delicious. Our 2 first time guests absolutely loved the experience.

Amazing restaurant! The wait staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable on the menu, and has a perfect balance of involved and invisible on your special night out. The place is small, so it may be a little loud, but I was not bothered by the noise. It is a very cute gem in the middle of Portland! 10/10, would recommend!

Really recommend this for a shared food experience. It is just a nice atmosphere to connect with friends or on a date. Overall just a lovely experience.

It was so great. Our reservation was for five o’clock. I got a call asking if we were still coming. I had just looked at my watch and determined that it was 4:15 and I needed to get ready. I obviously can’t tell time. They saved our table and were so kind. We got to watch the very focused chef and have a delightful supper.

The food was absolutely amazing. We tried mushrooms, lamb, salmon, fava beans and cocktails all of which were delicious. We sat at a high top for 2 in the bar and had no problem at all with noise. Our server, Emily, made a recommendation on both cocktails and the first course which were so pleasing my wife actually asked her to surprise us with the next 3 dishes. And all 3 were an absolute 10! The mezcal cocktail I tried stood out for being just ok, everything else was excellent. We already planned a return trip in a month and can’t wait to bring friends and family.
