Overall, this was a great place to eat. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and attentive. We really enjoyed our dining experience with Shaking Crab!

Food was good but not great. Service was slow we felt forgotten even though we were the only ones there for the first 30 minutes. Had to go seek out the staff in order to get the check. As they got busier they were understaffed.

The food was hot, fresh, and made it to the table quickly. Staff was very attentive and gave great recommendations to make sure it was a memorable experience. They garlic butter sauce with some heat was the perfect compliment to the seafood and extra was brought to the table because they knew we would absolutely love it. I can’t wait to come back soon.

Open Table took a reservation for 12 noon, restaurant opens at 4pm. Drove there for nothing!

Crab seemed old (not fresh), shrimp were nice and plump. Service was poor due to issue with another customer trying to get refund. That situation caused a scene and local police had to be called.

Food messy but excellent. Seafood is often overcooked. This was perfectly done. Cajun was a little spicy but good. Wish the silverware wasn’t plastic. We will go back.

Food was delicious, but the menu doesn't state quantities and servers were not knowledgeable or cared to find out how much each portion had. We were trying to feed 4, so when we ordered it would've been nice to advice that a 4 dollar portion of potatoes only had 2 fingerling potatoes, 1 side of sausage was 3 slivers of sausage. A 50 dollar order of lobster tail had maybe 4 oz of meat, a 70 dollar king crab had 2 medium size legs and 1 skinny thread for a third that served a decoration purpose better than a nutritional one. In general disappointing to spend 180 dollars and leave hungry because servers were afraid to tell us that wasn't enough food for 4. Money wasn't a problem, we would've ordered double of everything just so everyone left satisfied
