   If you call ahead to make a reservation and go online to find the menu and make your selection ahead of time, your experience will be so much better. My sister was visiting from out of town, and wanted the calamari she had on a previous visit. We came in promptly at the time of our reservation, were seated immediately, had our order ready when the waitress came, and had our meal within 20 minutes. Our server was pleasant and attentive, and had leftover boxes for us quickly. The food was outstanding. The only criticism I have is that it’s a little too expensive for your average retired person on a fixed income. Otherwise I would probably eat there weekly. Very pleasant experience!

   Food was delicious, our waitress was doing her best, but they appeared to be understaffed. Service could have been much better. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I will dine again.

   Kitchen issues resulted in waiting over an hour and a half for sandwiches. Appetizers: olive plate was good but the calamari was limp and undercooked. Crab cake sliders seemed like they were frozen —tasteless and were all filler. Sides were cold. The only proper entree ordered was the breaded shrimp but it was cold, as well. Wait staff did alert us that there ‘problems in the kitchen’ but even so, it was probably the worst dining experience we’ve ever had in Anchorage. Unfortunately, we had visitors from out of town so our night out did not go as planned.. we had eaten here a few years ago with far better results. We did speak to a manager and the meal was comped— but it didn’t much matter. Barely any food was eaten anyway. Please pass up this restaurant until they get things figured out. There are plenty of better options.

   Food was alright. Overpriced for the quality. Server was nice but we waited almost an hour for our food. We were told the wait was for the fries? Really? There were maybe only 6 other tables in the whole place and a handful of people at the bar. I’d hate to see what the wait is on a busy weekend night.

   The food was good but the time we had to wait for our food was way too long. Our reservation was at 10, we did not get served our food until 11:30. We had 2 small children who were very restless waiting that long for their food. When scheduling staff for a special day such as Mother's day, the management needs to ensure there are more than enough people to handle the customers.

    The people behind us were yelling their conversation. It was very loud. Our waitress was great and so was the food but it took 40 min to get to us. We find this to be a pattern there. Not sure why the kitchen is so slow.
