From humble beginnings over 20 years ago, Seven Fish has earned its place as a Key West Classic.
Serving the freshest local fish in a casual, contemporary bistro setting, it is the perfect finish to your Key West day.
Unpretentious dishes, with a commitment to only the finest ingredients, and made from scratch every day, it is the meal you don’t want to end.
Try our house specialty, Thai Curry Snapper, or any of our fresh fish dishes, or maybe the Banana Chicken or even the locals’ favorite, 7 Fish Meatloaf. There is something for everyone, lovingly prepared to exceed your expectations, including our specialty drinks and inspiring wine menu. Be sure to save room for one of our home made, classic desserts.
You will love our beautiful new building, enjoy our warm, friendly staff and come back again and again for the remarkable food.
Outstanding food and service. Highly recommend.
Food was amazing and our server Callie went above and beyond! Definitely will be going back!
As usual, tremendous
Great waiters. Favorite place without a ocean or gulf view.
Thanks for being open.
Really great service and food
We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Seven Fish and everything was absolutely wonderful and the food is very good!
Great food and great service!! Can’t go wrong.
I enjoyed my dinner. The service was good and the menu had several items that intrigued me. Ended up with the scampi which very good. The wife got the Banana Chicken, which she felt was a little heavy on bananas. Premeal cocktails were spot on. Biggest complaint is the noise level of the room. It was difficult to have a conversation with our table mates.
Our waiter Eric gave us fantastic suggestions. The red snapper was amazing!
Made reservations for 8:00pm . Not too loud for my taste . Excellent service. Great food; we had the yellow tail snapper dish with curry sauce was excellent. AND Mahi Mahi with roasted veggies excellent. Salads were good. Recommend the brownie with ice cream is more like a warm chocolate cake or one of those volcano chocolate cakes but better; OR the strawberry pie is a real special surprise. This is definitely one of the best sea food restaurants on my list.
Seven Fish! A great room, amazing and innovative food, happy crowd. I would make another trip to Key West to enjoy this wonderful restaurant.
Evening was very enjoyable. Food excellent as always.
Very enjoyable- we will go back
Nice atmosphere - food ok but nothing special
Excellent food and drinks! Great service! Nice ambiance.
Have been a fan for over 20 years. Same consistently great food which is amazing for 20 years. The cocktails are prepared just right, the wine selection great and the food unequal (and often unique) to most places in KW. My company ALWAYS ask for repeat visits to Seven Fish. The noise level is no worse than any other indoor restaurant in town...a good sign that many are enjoying their visit!!
Seven Fish is one of my favorites in Key West. The shrimp scampi was delicious, as always. You won't be disappointed.
Had to change our reservation at the last minute.. no problem! Staff were courteous and efficient in a packed house. You MUST try the Thai snapper! Highly recommended!
Small interesting menu that results in fabulous fresh food
Wonderful fresh fish.Great service.Pricey but worth the money!!!
A group of eight of us dined here and enjoyed ourselves. Food was good, service excellent and loved the ambiance..If you are in Key West...it is a good restaurant to choose!
We come to Key West every March, and visit Seven Fish every time we’re in town. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation.
A major disappointment compared to last year. The seafood “Feast for Two” came with a single piece of (dry, over-cooked) mahi-mahi to be shared between us and the equivalent of a half-serving of (bland, over-steamed) broccoli + carrots. We asked if we could get some additional vegetables and were shocked to see we were charged an addtl $5 for what should have been on the plate from the beginning. Wine, at least, was decent and fairly priced. In one visit this restaurant has gone from the “cant wait to return” list to “wont be coming back any time soon”.
We loved the food and the ambience. It was a very enjoyable experience!
We started by sharing a salad - plenty as a starter for 2. Then I had the Thai Curry fish - it was excellent. The seafood platter for one was plentiful. Cocktails are great. And save room for dessert - esp. The Strawberry Pie.
Exceptional food and staff! Our go to restaurant when we are in town!
First time dining at their newest location. Very different ambiance than their smaller first location but the noise level stayed the same- at times difficult to have a conversation. Staff was friendly. We had a smoked fish appetizer that was very good. Our entrees were the gnocchi with poached fish, and a snapper special. Both were generous portions and well prepared. We shared a yogurt based key lime cheesecake for dessert. It was a good consistency, but there was no trace of lime to be found. All in all Seven Fish remains a solid choice for us when we visit Key West.
The key lime martinis were excellent. The grilled shrimp app with the slaw- the shrimp were small and basic. The slaw was ok. Too creamy for my taste. I had grilled mahi for an entree- it was on the dry side. Lots of items on the menu that were cream based or included cream- white sauce, etc. I try to steer clear of those food items as too much creamy stuff doesn’t agree with me.
Motorcycle trip with friends from Utah who had not been to Key West. Read other reviews online and decided to try Seven Fish. Very good food and great service. Will definitely return.
Great food, nice atmosphere but very loud. I had the scallops and they were delicious. Nice pinot grigio.
Always love going to Seven Fish, it's one of our favorites and a mainstay when we are in Key West.
Waiter was friendly and in informative. All staff very nice and helpful. This is my third time and i will be back again. More entrees to taste.
Seven Fish never disappoints. The food and service were excellent. As with the old restaurant the noise level is high. It was complicated by a diner sitting next to us who was speaking very loudly.
One of the best we have eaten at. Food was amazing. Ate at the bar, our favorite spot. Karl made great drinks and great conversation. The best.
Nice restaurant. good food .a step or two up from the casual key west spots
Great food. Service by Stefan was exceptional. He was prompt and professional yet had a charming side. We have been fans of SevenFish since the old building and will return!!
Great service and outstanding food in a casual but pleasing at atmosphere.
A must when you visit Key West.
The Chef's special broiled seafood for two was an incredible amount of food- two snapper fillets, six scallops, and two skewers of shrimp, sushi rice and beautifully steamed vegetables. The white Pinot Noir was a lovely match. Too full for dessert though.
This restaurant is outstanding. It has a romantic, modern ambience. The food was out of this world. Tuna poke appetizer was so fresh and delicious. We tried the signature Banana Chicken with candied walnuts- omg- the most original and tasty chicken dish- comfort food at its best. The scallops were amazing. We liked that you could add a skewer if shrimp or other fish if you want more protein. The strawberry whipped cream pie was tasty. Overall great experience.
Eating outside was great. Cobia fish, and the shrimp, entrees were superb. Jazz player on guitar nice touch.
Very noisy. Enjoyed appetizers
Tuna special not very tasty and overcooked. Vegetables just right. Nice wine. Others happy with their entrees.
