Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend this place even for a casual lunch, let alone a special occasion. I came here to celebrate my birthday and requested outdoor seating on my reservation. The host (white dress with blue floral print, high-top white Converse) seated us indoors without saying a word. When I politely mentioned I had requested to sit outside, she gave me attitude and said, “Well I don’t see that on my end. You can sit outside but you’ll have to wait like everyone else.” No apology, no effort, just straight up rude. At first, I thought maybe I made a mistake, so I let it go. But when I checked my confirmation, it clearly said “outdoor seating requested.” I brought it back to her attention, thinking she might actually care, wrong again. She shrugged it off with, “Like I said, I can’t see it on my end. Our OpenTable hasn’t been working correctly for a while,” in the most passive aggressive tone, like it was my problem and not hers. Why even take reservations if you’re going to ignore them and act like the guest is the inconvenience? And as if that wasn’t enough to ruin the vibe, it took over an hour just to get our appetizer. No follow-up, no apology, nothing. Honestly, this place gives “we’re doing you a favor by letting you eat here” energy. Zero hospitality, zero accountability. Save your money and your birthday plans, go somewhere that actually wants your business.

The vibes were great but the food and service were a little off. Appetizers were great but it took 15mins or so to get our drinks. We ordered our steak medium but it came out so rare it was freezing in the middle. We were sharing it so they offered to slice it, so we didn’t want to send it back and have either poorly cooked slices or have them send out a whole new steak. The ambiance was great but everything is was so so. This place is more for the scene than the food.

The outdoor setting is beautiful and tranquil but the heavy loud rock music ruins the setting, when asked to lower to volume the cute hostess advised me “that is the kinda vibe we are going for “ I advised her that is the kinda vibe we don’t want for dinner. Ok for a nightclub! So we left.

Our server was very nice. She forget to put in one of our appetizers though so we had to eat it with our main course. We get it, mistakes happen. We also ordered a medium steak and it came out well done. She barely checked in on us but it is a busy place so we understand. Carrot cake was good but a bit dry. We still had a good time for our Anniversary dinner.

we had reservations confirmed at 8:45 and showed up and checked in at 8:40. there was a long line there we had to wait another hour to be seated it seems like they make reservations for everyone but they dont have seating for everyone because everyone else around was complaining abut the same issue and all the staff were running around stressed out about the situation. our server Eric V was very nice and helpful and he tried to makeup for it. Food was graeat.

Wouldn’t go back. Service is beyond slow, seem wildly understaffed but also not well trained. Doesn’t seem right that they hold your credit card for a reservation, yet they can seat you an hour after your reservation time and not even provide an apology. Food is actually decent but insanely overpriced, especially given the lack of service.
