A bientot!
It was our first visit, and likely not our last. The food and service were outstanding. If I had one 'complaint', it was just a tad bit loud at times.
We wanted to love this restaurant. Ambience was nice. Staff was friendly. However, food was extremely salty. We probably should have sent back our meals. Quite disappointed.
Our first choice for a date night or special occasion. The staff is fantastic and friendly. Food is always executed perfectly. We love going here and they make us feel like family.
The service is outstanding and the food is delicious. Kudos to Chef Todd. Bradford is an amazing host and has always gone above and beyond.
We had a wonderful experience! The staff is warm and welcoming, the chef passionate about his food and his mission and our server was incredible. The food is excellent and we will visit frequently.
Our dining experience was great. This was our first visit to this restaurant and it did not disappoint. Ian, our server, was polite, attentive and did not rush us. I had the French onion soup and the scallops with spinach. My husband had the charcuterie board and the coq au vin. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous for the price. We were pleased that the chef came out to our table after our meal to talk with us. We will definitely be returning, hopefully with several friends once the COVID-19 is over!
Birthday for my wife. Food was great and service was very good.
The food, wine, and service were outstanding!
Food was good with one exception. The Bananas Foster (which they normally make table side and the reason we go to Serenite) should probably not be on the menu if it's going to come out pre-plated and cold. We tend to give the staff a fairly wide berth since many of them are still learning. Our server was really just not trying very hard though, and left us a bit disappointed.
New Year’s Eve dinner during COVID. Excellent food and experience.
I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. They have a mission to help those whose circumstances have placed them in difficult situations and they achieve this by providing training in all aspects of restuarant services. The result is excellent with attentive service and high quality food - all at a reasonable price. This is a "keeper", we will be back.
wonderful menu, variety of choices, excellent preparations, service very professional and attentive
My favorite restaurant! Best oysters around, wonderful ambience. Everything I’ve had has been delicious. Also serves a GREAT philanthropic mission that I am proud to support!
Excellent as always! Best calamari I’ve ever had.
Amazing! Excellent food and service. Enjoyed everything!
Wonderful food and exceptional service!
Great food sand quiet atmosphere
I had the French onion soup and the French dip sandwich. Perfect for lunch on a cool fall day. The service was great, as always.
We had a party of six with apps, wine, and dinner. Everyone agreed the entire evening was a great experience. Highly recommended.
Excellent service!!
Outstanding! A hidden gem in Medina. I've driven by this restaurant several times since it has been open and always wanted to try it. So glad we did. Over the top good food and everyone there was so nice. We'll be back!
Went for Restaurant Week. We were not disappointed. Been to Serenity 2 other times. First was great, second was ok. This time made up for any negativity when we had our second visit. Highly recommend.
We went because we really wanted French food. We were thrilled with not only the food, but the entire experience! Wendy helped make sure our service was excellent. Chef Todd was willing to customize our orders as needed and everything was amazing. We will be back, not just because of the amazing food and service, but because of the amazing mission of this establishment.
We went on the first night of restaurant week. Overall, the food was excellent, however, the Escargot wasn't as good as I have had there in the past. I suspect it was not the usual Escargot because of restaurant week. It was good but not the best.
Wonderful staff and inviting atmosphere. Food was spectacular.
We had a great time. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding.
Celebrating our anniversary. Flavorful food, my husband especially enjoyed the venison. I loved the
Pumpkin cocktail & pasta .
Excellent lunch on front patio! Perfect mussels and fish paired with good service.
The special was halibut and it was a bit dry.
The Beet salad was basically a salad with a few beets and a very small amount of goat cheese not what you’d expect.
When the founding chef was here, the food presentation and quality was much better.
We will continue to go back to support the cause of this restaurant that supports people in recovery, but we’ll be a little more questioning about dishes before we order.
We enjoyed the lunch and the prices were reasonable. We will return and
liked the ambiance. We both had the French onion soup and I had the the steak-frites.
My partner had the French dip and fries and both dishes were delicious. The server waited until we finished our soup before bringing our hot main courses. The fries were delivered hot and were tasty.
Although we wanted wanted to order Lobster Thermadore and they were out, all our dinners were wonderful. And staff was eager to help and please.
Have visited in past but not recently. Service was attentive but the food was very subpar from my previous recollection. Plus we were seated right below a speaker where music was blaring. Overall a very disappointing dining experience. Will not repeat anytime soon.
New waiter had lots of help, but has potential. Otherwise, fine evening dining on the porch. Good selection of specials, well described. Plenty of light and vegetarian options.
Everything is always delicious and the staff do a wonderful job; they make you feel welcome. We always go back!
Excellent service
Fantastic food
All around a great experience.
We opted for a table outdoors, which was great, the staff is very attentive and cordial. The chef stopped by to make sure our meal was satisfactory, everyone was very nice.
This is a dinner experience. The sauces on the food was beyond words. Portions were generous, flavors woke up the taste buds, staff was kind, prompt and appeared to ENJOY their work. There were 5 of us in our party and we each got a different entree. We all enjoyed everything we ordered. Please keep this program going.
Excellent service, fantastic food, great ambience...can’t wait to return!
Great food and phenomenal service! They are doing a great job with the extra protocols they have to follow during this time! We will defiantly be back again!
This was our second of hopefully many dinners at Serenitè, a gem of a restaurant. Just as they were the first time we were there, the escargots were fabulous and have me looking forward to my next visit. Our other dishes ranged from ok (cold melon soup, sundried tomato tarte) to very good (scallops with shrimp sauce, lobster thermador). Good desserts, excellent coffee, and very nice wine list. What a treat to enjoy very good French cooking in a sweet setting. We love the mission of this restaurant - the story in itself is well worth the drive to Medina.
