Came here for a date night with my partner. We’ve always wanted to try it as my partner is a really big fan of Cajun cuisine and finally had the opportunity. Everything was great, our drinks were delicious the starters were perfect introduction into the food and our entrees couldn’t be better. We enjoyed the fried oysters and coquettes. Then the fried catfish and a seasonal special, and finally we couldn’t decide on the banana pudding or beignets so we got them both! Will definitely be back as dinner for two here was delicious and a good value.

The scallops were cooked to perfection texture wise. The dish did need a little more salt to draw out the flavor. I tried Cajun boiled peanuts for the first time and they were delicious. I appreciate getting a hot towel and lemon to clean my hands afterwards. I also enjoyed a strawberry daiquiri and the banana pudding. The bathroom was also very clean and was stocked.

Fabulous food and service! We ate in the main restaurant which was busy and bustling but didn't feel overcrowded. And we didn't feel rushed which was nice since we had an early reservation. Will definitely try the patio next time as it seemed a nice option also.

Service and atmosphere was excellent as usual. They offered a new main course item, soft shell crab étouffée, which seemed to replace the monkfish with étouffée. The soft shell crab was very good, perfectly breaded and fried. However the étouffée that came with it too salty for my taste and did not include any crawfish which was the highlight of their previous étouffée. I hope the old crawfish étouffée returns to the menu.
