Dined here for the first time before a show at the Oakdale Theater and was impressed with how well Serafino's handles the before a show dinner crowd. Pleasant staff and they were very quick to deliver everything to the table. We both had lasagna and it was delicious. I would return again when in Wallingford. Reservations are needed before a show.

The food was good. I got the Chicken Serafino and enjoyed it. My dad got the Zuppa di Pesce and said there wasn’t a lot of fish in there-mostly mussels. We ordered desserts. My cheesecake was still frozen even after they took about 15 mins to give us our desserts. Our waitress was super nice but once more tables showed up (we were alone until our apps came) service was super slow. It took a long to get our check and everything else. Not sure if they had a big party but still I felt service could’ve been better

Our server was Francesca and she was very attentive and pleasant. She knew the menu and made great suggestions. We dined outdoors which was lovely. Our entrees and appetizers were great.

Went to Serafino's before a show at Oakdale. Since the restaurant is right down the street, this place is always busy on the night of a show. We had a great meal and the service was good in spite of each server running around like chickens with no head!! Definitely recommend the fried mozzarella and Caesar salad for apps and the short ribs for dinner!! We will definitely return the next time we're in the area!

Serafino’s is always our go to when seeing a show at the Oakdake Theater. It’s absolutely delicious and the service is always spot on. What a gem!!

We made reservations well ahead but there was not a table available in main restaurant. Instead we were seated in the banquet room at a much too large table. The table had not been set until after we sat down. The food may have been good but truthfully by the time it arrived we were so disenchanted we didn’t notice the food.
