Really truly the worst service I have ever experienced. Every thing we ordered had to be told to multiple staff members because it would never come. And they weren’t even busy…. So understaffing was not the issue.

No focaccia and no pizza. We had one round of drinks and they brought the 2nd after we had our bill. Food not worth the price. Our waitress was good but overall operations lacking. Would not return and now I know why they had space available.

We chose Serafina because of the menu. Our party had particular food preferences. So to find out that the menu on the website is not what was available was unacceptable. Tried to order the pizza on the website and was informed that it was out of use for an extended amount of time. Probably a stupid NYC law. Totally understandable that it could be out of the restaurants control. But, you need to update your website!
