Senia is one of Honolulu’s favorite restaurants for simply good food. We offer an à la carte menu with delicious, casual food made with exceptional craft. Chef Anthony Rush trained in multiple three Michelin-starred restaurants and creates beautiful dishes with passion and skill, but he believes everyday food should be delicious and well-crafted, too, so Senia was created to be a casual, affordable, neighborhood restaurant. We celebrate quality ingredients, creativity, classic techniques, and thoughtful hospitality. We welcome you in for dinner to share a meal with friends and loved ones in a comfortable, beautiful space.

If you are looking for a fine dining experience, we invite you to join us at our Chefs’ Counter for our award-winning Tasting Menu. With eight seats and one seating on Friday and Saturday nights, our Tasting Menu is exclusive and luxurious. It’s not all fancy on the weekends, though. We always offer casual dining and our à la carte menu in our main dining room.

The a la carte menu is top-notch on any night, but go for the tasting menu that won the Hale ‘Aina Award for Hawaiʻi's best tasting menu when you want to celebrate. You might find dishes like Kona kampachi with charred Asian pear or venison tartare with housemade naan, which shine in the elegant dining room with exposed brick walls and curved black-leather banquettes.

    With only eight seats available, the Chefs’ Counter dining experience is exclusive and immersive, placing you in the vibrant kitchen environment and allowing you to interact directly with our culinary team. The tasting menu brings the talents of Chef Anthony Rush and his team into focus: sourcing the highest quality seasonal ingredients, preserving the purity and beauty of those ingredients, and collaboratively developing technique and composition. The results are original and inspired dishes, perfectly presented, and culminating as a beautiful and carefully considered gastronomic experience. The Tasting Menu is available Fridays and Saturdays at our Chef Counter with one seating at 6:30pm.

    This is a great call back from pandemic days when Senia converted their restaurant to the best Takeaway boxes on the island. This one was a fun twist since the food was prepared in a way that was delicious hot or cold. Everything was delicious and there were some many different fresh fun flavors! Fun picnic baskets were included and I am hoping for more take out events.

    After all these years, this was my first time at Senia. The vibe and energy are great in this venue. As expected, the cocktail options are excellent. The servers are very hospitable and helpful with the menu description and recommendations. Food presentation is beautiful and creative. Many of the flavors are a pleasant surprise to the palette. The kitchen ran a little long as our dinner went well over 2 hours. I look forward to coming back soon.

    We had an amazing dinner at Senia. We loved the Triple Smoked Salmon, Hamachi, Venison Carpaccio, the Ahi Tuna Cigars, Fried potatoes and a few more delightful bites. The service was fantastic and we will be back again!!

    I had a fantastic evening with my love. The seating was perfect to sit next to my love than across. We love the food, the service and gesture we received at the restaurant. Even though they didn't serve the wagyu that I want to experience for my love, the replacement menu of lamb was an enjoyable experience for me and him and his wine paring. Excellent wine choices and recommendation with the meal served. I think with anything you eat at Senia will be a great experience for first and experienced food enjoyers alike. I will try and come back for the wagyu. Everyone must try and book a lovely evening with family, friend, love one, or business workers her at Senia because it's fantastic.

    Senia was an incredible dining experience in every way. I woke up the next morning still savoring the memory of each bite. Honestly, I can’t even choose a favorite dish—everything we ordered was spectacular. We’re so grateful to have Senia to enjoy hereon Oahu,Hi; it truly feels like experiencing the finest art for the palate. A gift.

    An absolutely phenomenal experience. If you find yourself in Honolulu for any reason its well worth the price. Every dish was perfectly proportioned and timed excellently. The wait staff was friendly and extremely attentive, the kitchen staff was truly wonderful working around allergy issues. I would give 6 stars if I could.

    Outstanding dinner. Special special special from the food to service. Serves comparable to or better dishes than some of the two Michelin star places I’ve been to. Chapeau!
