Why they're an Icon

From the OpenTable editors: Regulars keep swinging back to Selden Standard for small plates and craft cocktails in a cool industrial space that USA Today named one of the best restaurants of 2024. Local and seasonal produce shows up in dishes like charred octopus from the woodfired oven and seasonal fresh pastas like sweet corn agnolotti. Catch the show at the chef’s counter or hang in the back patio lined with flower murals.

One of the best meals I’ve had. The fideua was glorious. The trifle was childhood in a glass. Well done!

Everything was outstanding. Our server, Ashley, provided insight into the food, cocktails and wine. She helped time it so it came out smoothly - not all at once. Sweet potatoes are a MUST as is the beef tartar. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meal and deserts. From fish to steak to ribs - everything was perfect. Always enjoy going to Selden standard - will return again -- one of our favorites in the area.

Great food and the servers work hard to keep up with the many small plates. They organized a larger order (7 diners) into a logical progression
