I visited this restaurant for their Sunday buffet, which is priced at $34.99, and unfortunately, it was not worth it. The selection of dishes was surprisingly limited for the price, and several of the warm items were either lukewarm or outright cold. This really took away from the quality of the meal. Service also left much to be desired—staff were inattentive, and it felt like guests were more of an inconvenience than a priority. For the price point, I expected both better food quality and a more pleasant dining experience. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend the Sunday buffet here.

We love Selda! Always went to the Addison location even after we moved to Little Elm. Now we have one 10 minutes away, can’t beat that. The food is always amazing and staff is great!

For being a brand new restaurant (opened 3 weeks ago as of this review), despite having been to other Seldas in DFW, it ran quite well. My date was unable to get Branzino even though it was on menu (they were out?) and the server guy was very nice but didn’t really understand social cues well. I will be returning. The atmosphere is much nicer than the beltline location/addison and super easy parking& access off DNT.

Great food! Wonderful atmosphere! Service was good but not attentive. We had to get up and get water re filled at the bar several times even though many waiters and bussers were standing around at the bar chatting. Food was delicious. Our waitress was very helpful at selecting what to try and what to not have based on what we said we liked. Food was good only thing would be to cook the lamb chops less so they are closer to medium /med rare. We will be back for sure :)

We have been long-time "frequent flyers" of the original Selda Mediterranean Kitchen (dating back to when it was Pera Wine & Tapas), as well as The Mayor's House by Selda. Once again, Habip and Max have outdone themselves. First of all, GREAT location that includes a nicely-done outdoor seating area that wraps around the corner & down the side of the building. We absolutely love the interior design & decor, maintaining the lux blue velvet with crystal button tufts that were introduced at the Mayor's House. Turkish rugs and beautiful chandeliers add yet another touch of class. The bar is HUGE and well-stocked, and patrons are welcome to sit at the bar and eat. And that dessert display case at the entrance??!! It's designed to tempt newcomers and long-timers alike with a wide selection of sweet-treats from their in-house pastry chef. Last night was the 2nd night they were open for business - we wouldn't have missed it for the world! BRAVO, Team Selda for another winner!!
