   Excellent cuisine! The dining experience and overall rating held back by the inside decor. Zero ambience and votive candles on table not lit. I plan to support and return because I know how challenging it’s been to open and operate during the pandemic…and the food is terrific!However they really need to invest in some cosmetic upgrades to improve the experience. Modernize or create a more intimate charming experience that is worthy of the incredible cuisine that should be enjoyed in better surroundings, particularly for the price point. The outdoor seating areas looked more inviting but could also use a little sided ambience by adding some flowers and adjust lighting.

   Potential patrons need to know that the food my husband & I had at Seed 41 was as beautifully presented & wonderfully tasteful as Fransceca’s. Our ding experience was terrific. We are highly recommending this restaurant & hoping it as much success as it’s predecessor.

   Delicious every time we visit or pick up to eat at home! The view outside is beautiful. A go to anytime but especially nice for special occasions.

   Friendly and attentive service! Our scallop dish and boulonaise dinners were portioned just right and delicious! We sat outdoors and enjoyed the river view. We will be back!

   Hannah served us, but all the waitstaff were working cooperatively so service was seamless. Drinks and food came very quickly once ordered. The view from the deck was gorgeous and it was a great day to eat outside. Cocktails were on point for summer; my manhattan was very good, the tequila drink was ok, but not outstanding. My wife had the bees knees which she proclaimed delicious. The heirloom tomatoes were fresh and the salad delicious. The scallops were a bit salty; they didn't need to be, the sauce was superb. The chocolate panacotta I had for dessert was very good. One downside was how loud it was due to one table. Once they left it was noticeably quieter.

    We had a lovely first visit at SEED41. Food was great, service was excellent! We will be back.
