Seaweed Steaks, Seafood & Sushi is a contemporary steak and seafood experience.
Dishes are prepared in three separate areas; the main kitchen, the sushi bar and the raw bar. Rather than offering individual starters and main courses, Seaweed serves dishes that are designed to be shared at the table or enjoyed individually, and are brought to the table continuously throughout the experience.

    Always enjoy our dinner at Seaweed. Brigid is the best server ever. She is always in top of everything that we need. Food is always fresh and consistently good.

    Our first time dining here tonight and we were not disappointed. Everything we ate was delicious including the desserts. I can say for fact that we will be back.

    Outstanding food and service. We had the oysters and cauliflower appetizers, twin fillet, scallops, and Sea bass main course, all great, dessert was meringue Keylime pie and apple with ice cream also outstanding. Owner also made the rounds talking to every table . Above average right across the board .

    When I made the reservation, I noted that we were celebrating a birthday. The restaurant had the table reserved with a birthday card on it. Excellent touch! I have found that most restaurants don’t even read the requests. Brigid, our waiter, was fantastic! She was so friendly, professional and attentive and went out of her way to make the birthday girl feel special! She even put a candle in the dessert & sang “happy birthday” to her. Cherrie, the manager, is wonderful too. Food & drinks were delicious! Keylime pie was the best we have ever had! We love Seaweed and will continue to dine there every time we’re in the area!!!

    Tyson is one of the most attentive servers. His mother Natalie trained him fabulously. Chelly is what makes Seaweeds successful. She turned this place around since her 1 st day. This is another CHEERS with class. This is always a first choice. Patricia

    Our food was delish and our server Tyson was great. Very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The only complaint we had was that there seemed to many types of fish that you were out of. Although you were substituting for a different kind, it was still disappointing to not be able to order what I really wanted.
