Awful service, don't want anyone fired but someone needs to train these kids. The overall experience was disappointing, it's small with high ceilings which already make it hard to talk but throw in the piano player in a pint size dining room and it becomes s scream fest.

Could have dealt with the noise if the food was warm when it arrived.

I have been to Jeffreys many times over the years and I have to say I was very disappointed this last time we went for many reasons. We went on Easter Sunday at 6:30. The place was empty. The whole time we were there only 4 other patrons were in the restaurant. Despite that the service was slow. The waiter had an attitude when we asked for a wine list and was not responsive to questions. The specials menu was full of typographical and other errors and they were out of several things. The evening was topped off when they refused to take my gift card which clearly stated on it that it was valid everyday but Christmas, New Years and Thanksgiving. They refused to take it because it was Easter despite there being a total of six people in the restaurant. I specifically checked the gift card before we made the reservation. They were very rude and argumentative about this as well. As for the food the stuffed date appetizer was very good. The entrees were acceptable but not of the former quality of this restaurant.

We hadn't been here before and at first, startled by the noise(singer). We were told to sit wherever and then left. Thought my husband was ready to leave but we eventually received a menu.... Then a drink. AND the singer turned out to be exceptianly good. The waiter was very nice but (I think) new, AND the food was very good. I THINK this is s place you could go for food and entertainment and become s regular.

Went for Valentine's Day. I had heard mixed reviews but decided to take a chance. Service was terribly slow. We were given rolls with 1 small pat of butter for the table to share, ordered the lobster bisque - it had absolutely no lobster in it and was very spicy. People had boasted to us about how good it was and that it was loaded with lobster. Not ours. I questioned the waiter about the soup he said that yes that was the lobster bisque I still believe we were given the wrong soup. Also didn't care for the main course. I got the lobster with pasta and it was extremely fishy tasting. I couldn't finish it. In the ladies room the hostess asked me where I had been sitting, apparently some other customers had walked out on the bill. I could see why. Very disappointed. We won't be back.

We came here for Valentine's Day '17. Had to take a 530 reservation, so it was quiet at first. Once it filled, the service went downhill. Never saw our waiter unless we had someone flag him down. My wife's dessert was overdone and dry and I had to get up and beg for our check. Entrees were good, but portions were small. I won't be going back!

Chose this because lots of seafood options on online menu, very limited in reality. Evening was pleasant enough early but as dining room filled, it got very noisy. Not sure if it is room's acoustics or what, but one woman's shrill loud voice could be heard across the room- to the point of being intrusive.

food was tasty enough but nothing out of the ordinary. I had several small dishes, friend had the duck.

DOn't think we will go back. We had 6 PM reservations, planned on long leisurely meal as we haven't seen each other in a long time. At 8 PM we were asked to leave because there was a live band about to start and they wanted to seat someone else. So we skipped coffee and dessert, went somewhere else. Places where it says "second seating" we understand we need to leave, had no idea this would happen here or we wouldn't have gone there in the first place.

We are regulars since the restaurant opened and this weeks experience was exceptional! Marcella was awesome, as was the perfectly prepared cuisine. Keep it up!

We go here occasionally and always have great service and great food. The chef makes wonderful meals with fresh ingredients and in creative ways.. It seems to appeal to an older crowd which means that late eaters can usually get a nice table.
