The Sea Salt Restaurant and Bar, is an award winning restaurant located in the beautiful gardens of Sole East Resort. It offers Mediterranean influenced farm-to-table dock-to-dish specialties. Sip cocktails in our heated swimming pool with poolside service, or on our oversized St. Tropez lounge beds, expansive manicured gardens, with DJ's and live entertainment.

We also offer indoor meeting spaces, outdoor wedding ceremony and reception sites for up to 300 plus guests.

Though not on the water, the area was very pretty overlooking the boutique hotels pool. Small menu but everything was done well. Enjoyed!

We arrived at the restaurant at 5pm and were told that the restaurant would not be open. The hotel staff said the restaurant was run by different company. They were told to say they had a private party. We went to the restaurant and there was no activity. The place looks run down and needs to be totally renovated. It was especially disappointing no one bothered to contact us.

Extremely disappointed with the food and service at Sea Salt. The menu was limited and the interaction that we had was staff was off-putting. In addition, when I booked the reservation there was no indication that this would be an outdoor table. When we arrived we were denied to sit inside, even though it was below 50 degrees out - save your time and money!
