   The use of Snake River Farms beef is what drew us here. Eli was a tremendous hospitality professional! He maintained our table well and his timing on each course was perfect! Tremendous asset for Sear. Steaks were prepared perfectly. They definitely took great care of the product, let them rest for the right amount of time before serving them. Well done all the way around! We will be back very soon for this level of hospitality, hopefully to enjoy a 2018 Tomassi Amarone della Valpolicella!

   Nice place to go out to eat. Good service. Intervals between courses was great. The NY strip steak was seasoned and cooked well but wasn't the best piece I have had in town. On a previous trip the Filet was top notch. The salmon was delicious and not severely overcooked like many restaurants do around here. We tried the goat cheese cigars - they were OK, unique for the area. We both wished they had Scallops as an App because they look great as a main dish. Reasonable prices for the style of restaurant.

   A friend and I went to Sear to celebrate my birthday. The food was excellent, and the service was exceptional. They even offered a free dessert for my birthday. The only negative I noticed was that the booth seating was a bit tight but not such that we were uncomfortable. To sum it up, we were treated like royalty!

   Great meal at Sear last night.  Our table was ready when we arrived. The service was great. We enjoyed talking with Anna our server. She did a great job. The steaks were cooked too perfection. The service was fast and we enjoyed the entire experience.

   I was really looking forward to eating at a high-end steak house but when my double Old Fashioned was delivered with a muddled orange at the bottom I knew it wasn’t. I had the goat cheese cigars for an appetizer and should have stopped there! They were delicious!! My steak was over-cooked and served on top of mashed potatoes when I specifically asked for NO SIDES. My second drink was straight whiskey and appeared to have more whiskey than the first, odd. Desert was as good if not better than the appetizer, so at least my sweet tooth had a good time.

   All four of us had the Surf & Turf and all enjoyed. Kudos to Sear for moving the Scallops from starters to entrees.

   Steak wasn’t even seared. Most everyone’s food was cold. Service was great, shoutout to Sam for being the only good part of the experience.

    Our waitress went above and beyond our expectations. She made our first dining experience so pleasant. We will definitely be back!
