   Very nice place, but like Aldeburgh very pricey Staff turnover high though, go about 5 times a year and never seen the same person twice in the restaurant.

   Poor service from a surly staff member Shame as we’ve always enjoyed previously Fish was inedible News years Day so perhaps everyone was tired?!!!!

   Somewhat disappointing. Bland fish main course and rather poor desert. Overall poor value

   We always love the Seafood & Grill at the Brudinel but do ensure you request a sea view. The food is always excellent but on this occasion the restaurant was very busy and service slow and not as attentive as usual. Just one of those things and we will return but we will probably avoid the busy festive season.

   Staying in Aldeburgh for Christmas with family. Last night before heading home we decided to have a meal in the hotel. Lovely experience from start to finish. Great service from a gentleman who I believe was the manager from North London (sorry didn’t catch his name) who took our drink and food orders. Overall staff were a delight. Food was delicious just a little weight for mains. Definitely a return visit if in the area again.

   Had an enjoyable meal on Saturday lunchtime. Food was of a high standard, my wife and friend had a vegetarian meal, which they said was very tasty.

   Lovely relaxed evening. Very helpful staff. Nice atmosphere. Glad mentioned it was a birthday when booking as presented with lovely chocolates on "Happy Birthday" plate.

    A birthday plate was to be given to my partner but it didn't happen. It would benefit from some back ground music. Food was wonderful. We'd come again.
