Outstanding empanadas and lobster tail. However, the cheeseburger and dinner sides (mixed veggies and garlic mash) were cold and gray. Not appetising to look at or taste. Our waiter was cool and gave a gnarly dude vibe.

It's been a few years since I dined here last, but I will be back again. The grouper was very good and the ambiance very pleasant. Service was top notch - I believe it was Susy, a seasoned wait staffer who managed the flow of the courses and offered some great recommendations. The kind of server you would follow to a different restaurant because she made the experience so memorable. The only downside were the mojito's - a bit too sweet for our palates, but the huge chocolate cake was phenomenal!

My server was attentive and caring. The spiny lobster was fabulous and the drinks and sides were great. I was expecting music which is why I came at 5:30. The music needs to change as I expected to hear familiar songs and a guitarist. That is not what was there. I was really disappointed.

Hulu dancers stereo way to loud. Cute entertainment esp if you have young kids. Mojito was excellent!! Food came quickly and large portions though no plaintains. Coconut bread was unique and fresh.

Lobster fest the best.. Hula dancers put on a great show and outside music wonderful.By the water and reasonable prices. Happy hour til 6. Who could ask for more??

We were a group of 8 adult vacationers who have been here before-Seabreeze is a staple dinner outing that has not disappointed in over 8 years!! Staff is always friendly and food is great! Our group had everything from lobster to salads and burgers-no one was disappointed with their selection.

I had another nice meal here with my parents. We enjoyed our time once again and the food was great. The staff was friendly and ready to make our experience pleasurable. Our waiter was awesome and made sure all of our meals were served to our liking.

As soon as we walked into the restaurant there was a strong smell of bleach throughout the bar area and back towards the seating area. I ordered the Salmon Tortilla salad that had no avocados or tomatoes as described on the menu. The lettuce used was just iceberg lettuce. Disappointed.

Place was nothing special. Kinda noisy on the inside. Biggest issue is that we ordered an app and some soup. Said we wanted to wait on the entree. The waiter said he'd put that in after the apps. Well, of course we weren't done with the apps when the entree came. Not only that, it was lukewarm and dried out like it sat under the heat lamp. The manager made everything right, but it shouldn't have happened. After all that the entrees were so so anyway

We went here to celebrate our twin daughters birthday. The staff was amazing, the food was delicious and it didn’t break the bank, even for a family of 6. Definitely will be going here again! 10/10 would recommend!

Great water view. With a reservation we were seated immediately. The lobster specials where so big and underpriced. I was expecting little lobster nuggets but got a whole deep fried lobster filled with lobster tail chunks. Great value. Great service. Great ambience.

Our hostess, Loren was excellent. She was very courteous & friendly and made sure we watched our step as she showed us to our table. Our server, Sam was excellent as well! He was very attentive to us and made sure to check back to refill our drinks and check that everything was to our liking. The food was great! Big portions!

My lunch at Sea Breeze Island Grill was fabulous. It is lobster fest time and they're not kidding. Florida lobster is served several different ways. I ate the stuffed lobster. It definitely was plentiful and it came with 2 sides. I loved it! My server was friendly and knowledgeable and the view is outstanding. I highly recommend Sea Breeze and their lobster fest!

Refreshing new Caribbean flavors tasted delicious. Their signature bread was delicious with coconut flavor and macadamia nut. I recommend if you want a new flair on seafood. The restaurant is nicely decorated and clean. It was an appetizing change rather than a regular seafood restaurant.

Let me start by saying the food was delicious. However to have your main course delivered to the table while you are still eating your starter isn’t great. We sat down at 7.30pm and had left the restaurant by 8.15 pm far too quick turn around for an evening meal out. When we spoke to the manager he was really pleased that the service had been so quick. Although the food was good the whole experience wasn’t and we shall not return.

If you are looking for a nice view and don’t care at all about the food you put in your body, look no further. The fish was dry, the vegetables were so over-cooked I could hardly distinguish what the medley was made of and the potato wedges had a ton of oil on them. The only thing worth a cent was the coconut shrimp appetizer, which I presume was frozen. The wine list was laughable, so I just got a mojito which, I believe, hardly had a drop of alcohol. Don’t waste your time or money.

This restaurant was very disappointing. Grouper was terribly overcooked, waitress didn’t seem to want to be there… ambiance was not great. We asked the waitress where the oysters were from and she rolled her eyes and said the sea. There’s more I won’t bother getting into. This is not a “real” seafood restaurant and the staff all around seemed pretty unhappy. I wouldn’t recommend.

From the minute we walked in to the time we left everyone made us feel welcome.The ladies at the front desk could not have been nicer. Terry our waiter took his time explaining the various dishes we asked about. Then reviewed the specials and their value. Checked our table every time he walked into our dinning area. Not just us but all of the tables he was taking care of. Great customer service.Not only was the food plated perfectly but it also lived up to and surpassed our expectations. Taking things to another level was the photographer they have taking a free photo of you for you. Great job everyone. Than You

We had a party of 8 and everything was great! The sever was on the ball, never had to wait for anything. The food was great and so were the drinks! The manager even came over afterwards to make sure things were great for us! We will definitely be going back when we are in town!

We waited for quite some time before we finally flagged down a server to get service. They were not busy by the way. The staff seemed to be more interested in cleaning and setting up tables instead of waiting on us. We ordered margaritas that were quite large for the price but I believe they forgot to add the Tequila. When we received our food order there was a rubber band in the fresh vegetables. They did however take that meal off the bill. All in all I was not impressed and will not return.

Parking was not a problem. The atmosphere was very beachy. The menu had excellent choices. Service was timed correctly and pleasant. The value for the dining experience was most acceptable. Worth a trip there.
