Key Lime Pie
Sea Watch Signature Favorite Blended creamy and smooth in graham cracker crust
Relaxed. No rush. Need reservations.
Happy hour menu was limited but very good. Calamari was excellent! We then went downstairs for dinner. Had a fabulous view of the ocean. For dinner, we shared 5 appetizers- more calamari! Shrimp cocktail. Ahi tuna, baked oysters (fantastic!), and raw oysters. My favorites were the baked oysters, ahi tuna, and the calamari (of course!). For dinner, we had blacked mayo ( very good!), tempura shrimp (crisp but not dry), angel hair pasta with chicken. Everything was wonderful and piping hot! Key lime pie was the dessert favorite although the crepe brûlée and chocolate mousse cake were excellent too. Our server, Robin, was very attentive to our party. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Great choice to eat and relax with friends while enjoying views of the ocean!
The dinner was excellent and so was the service. Beautiful view of the ocean.
Best beach view restaurant in the area. Excellent oysters on the half shell! Been going here since it opened in 1974!
The calamari with the basil aïoli was outstanding ! You must get the cornbread best I’ve ever had. We had the pasta with goat cheese it was absolutely fabulous and you have to get the Crème brûlée it has chocolate on the bottom it was heavenly! This place is a must!
The ambiance is terrific. Food well prepared. It’s a go to place for it’s consistency.
Beautiful views and food was great, but would have liked the temperature of the entree to have been warmer.
Enjoyed being seated outdoors right on the ocean. Of the 4 entrees we ordered 2 were good (blackened mahi-mahi, swordfish) and 2 were so-so (pasta with shrimp, scallops)
This has been my 3rd visit in the past 30 days and the service upstairs outside has been terrible. I have lived in the area for 27 yrs and love the restaurant but we went May 3rd for an early Mothers day and the service was unacceptable. The food was poor this visit too but I truly believe part of the fault was the waiter as it was cold when it came out from sitting too long. However one of the dishes just was not made correctly. The restaurant in the past has always been a joy to eat at. Not sure we will be back for a while and we have eaten there minimum 1 a month prior to Covid so since everyone has been out and about again we have been enjoying lunch and dinner out more often. It's a shame as we love the restaurant.
We live 60 miles south and had not been to Sea Watch in 2 years! We drove up and brought dear friends, sat outside on the upper deck and enjoyed the sea breeze. Service was a bit slow in the beginning but understandable given the pandemic openings. All four of us odered differnt entrees and all were delicious. Thank you Sea Watch for not disappointing!
Great waiter and great food. Fantastic view
Great afternoon brunch with a birthday friend! Mary was our waitress. Beyond amazing!
Brunch with my mom, the view of the beach was amazing and the weather was great :)
Excellent as always
Good food, great service. The seafood is very good, location of the restaurant is great and the manager and our waitress was very friendly and accommodating.
Great ambiance! The view of the sand dunes and ocean are magnificent at dawn.
Josh our waiter was great. His since of humor and his service were awesome. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and came from out of town.
Deeelish...awesome suggestion from wait staff..thank you Kelly!
A beautiful ocean front setting with excellent service and good but uninspiring food. A great place to take out if town guests. Ample free parking.
Our dinner last night was fabulous. The orange roughy was prepared with a great chardonnay sauce. Service was a little slow at times but I believe that was due to staffing as our server said she worked a double yesterday. She was such a sweat girl and helped ensure we had a great experience. Thank you for another great yearly visit.
Beautiful setting and wonderful seafood. One of our favorite places in South Florida.
Food great, server great, drinks great, but the guy greeting guests at the door is not as nice as he needs to be. That aside, we’ll be back for the overall experience. By the way, the Orange Roughy was amazing.
We have been going to Sea Watch since 1980 and have never been disappointed with the service or food. It is a wonderful place to take family and friends.
Sea watch always preforms above. Everything was great and we loved the ocean views
Very good food, nice location on the beach.
Would be nice if the server was more tentative. Waited 20 minutes before we had to alert the hostess.
Had a wonderful evening with great food in an extraordinary setting. Noise level is excessive. We are New Englanders and know our seafood and our meals were excellent. Particularly liked the seared scallops.
Never disappoints! Just wish they’d bring back the whole lobsters.
Amazing service & food!
I have always loved this restaurant. I couldn't wait to take visitors there! They loved it too.
It was our anniversary. The food was amazing and the service was great!
The food was delicious but it seems like staff was overwhelmed. The upstairs deck took forever to get service and the waitress was inattentive. Thankfully she had help!! The ambiance was great, how could it get any better. It’s a beautiful building right on the water.
We have eaten several times at Sea Watch when we are in the area. The food is always top notch and this time was no exception. My wife and I typically share and that evening we shared an appetizer, salad, entree, and desert. Our server was very accommodating and all of the food was brought to the table at a leisurely pace. We would definitely return to Sea Watch.
Wonderful in true historic Lauderdale style. Food was amazing and service outstanding! Even though we had a table of two ladies next to us that truest played a con game with the staff, our severs and the kind matradee handled them with great grace and style! My wife and I will definitely e back when in the area!
I went to meet with friends and celebrate life. My friend and I decided to order the Lobster sandwich to our surprise the sandwich was very small for the price they charge. I won’t lie the taste was very good, but for a hotdog bun filled with lobster meat we thought it was disappointing. His French fries were soft and cold. So I guess next time won’t go for those options. The good thing their location right in front of the ocean and feeling the breeze was nice. Service was very good.
Best bouillabaisse ever, every time I order it. And the ocean and dune views are spectacular every time I go.
What's not to like? Gorgeous view, delicious seafood and nice, friendly staff. The seafood medley is a great deal. Nice wine selection. I live in DC and visit my mom in del ray and we will be driving here every future visit for dinner.
Service was great, food was good, we were looking for outdoor dining, they don't really have outdoor, they have a place considered outdoors, however, they do not take reservations
