    If we are in the area Sea Watch is our place to go. We only get to the area once a year but we never miss dining at Sea Watch. Food, is great, service great, view, hard to beat, prices are fair, ambiance is festive.

    We waited 20 to 25 minutes before a server approached us as the one server in our area did not want to take on another table, so she just ignored us until we asked for a server. The second server was excellent The calamari bread scallops were good, but the the snapper was mushy and bland, and this French onion soup was pretty flavorless. Glad we tried it once, but probably will not return, but very pretty place

    Have eaten at Sea Watch several times but never for brunch before this visit. Decided it was a good choice as other restaurants had very few breakfast type choices with eggs, bacon or fruit cups etc. but Sea Watch had enough options. There was confusion about who our server was but after a lapse the man who was waiting on the adjacent tables came over and had been advised it was him. He did bring us beverages while this was being decided. The issue was really the food. I had eggs benedict delivered luke warm. Not sure the english muffin was actually toasted and the home fries, while tasty, had obviously been sitting fully cooked on the grill since much earlier in the day. Lovely atmosphere but food not even up to the standard of some of the good local diners. I'll never have brunch there again,

    For the complete experience, dine on "the patio", a fully protected, open air space. One can hear, see and smell the ocean and enjoy the breezes. There is no such thing as a subpar meal in this gem of a restaurant that has been open since the '70s.

    The restaurant is definitely old school dining. The view was amazingly beautiful looking at sea grapes and the turtle nesting area. The smoked fish dip was the best I’ve ever had and I order it whenever I see it on the menu. Better than when I was in Alaska! Our server Layla was attentive but not smothering. I had tempura shrimp that were delicious and the peanut slaw could have stood on its own as an entree. Key lime pie was good, but I’ve made better. Would highly recommend.

    Our second brunch at this unique venue. This time we brought some friends. They were as impressed as we had been on our first visit. As a native Floridian growing up on the North coast, I find myself missing the "Old Florida" charm. Sea Watch captures that (or preserves it?) like few others. Nestled between high-rise condos the views of the dunes on the first level and the distant horizon from the second make you forget you're in a concrete jungle. There really isn't a bad table in the house. The Old Florida casual elegance mixed with a rustic beach house feel creates a comfortable homey feel that should appeal to anyone's taste. Eat inside or enjoy the ocean breezes on the patio or deck. In either case you will be served by an attentive staff serving breakfast favorites at a very reasonable price. Sea Watch is our new favorite brunch spot!

    Beautiful location on the ocean and great food! The Open Table system would not allow me to reduce the number of guests from 5 to 3 when two people backed out a few days prior. But Sea Watch called me in the morning of the reservation and I was able to let them know, which they graciously accepted.

    Looking around for a nice beach front restaurant I discovered Sea Watch. Very nice atmosphere inside and out. Friendly staff and the food I had was delicious. At first I was going to seat at a table to select front their posted on line menu. But, upon arrival I saw an upstairs bar area where they had a special Happy Hour food and drink menu. So, I went there where Brandy (bartender) made me an amazing cocktail. Drinks very inexpensive during Happy Hour along with just a few tasty discounted food items. I thoroughly enjoyed the place and would recommend it anyone who has a chance to stop by while in the area. Lunch hours are separated from dinner times, FYI

    Wanted a restaurant on or near the ocean so Sea Watch fit the bill. We arrived early so decided to take advantage of the happy hour, barmaid/ hostess/ waitress said we could enjoy the happy hour outside which the six of us promptly proceeded to the outdoor seating. It was dark by then so we couldn’t see the ocean but we were close enough to hear the waves so we were fine. My kettle one martini was not happy hour worthy but it was so could I didn’t mind paying full price, yum! We ordered appetizers, calamari was tender and not greasy, excellent, as was the conch fritters, we are off and running. Also had to try the fish dip, now I know what all the hoopla is about, smoked creamy deliciousness. The entrees varied from steak, to catch of the day to the star, the Bouillabaisse was off the charts delicious. Place may be somewhat dated but the service and food are first rate, definitely recommend.

    My friend and I had a lunch date the other day. We enjoyed lobster bisque, crab tostadas, and a grilled fish sandwich. All was delicious, service excellent, view spectacular. Always a pleasure dining at the Sea Watch!!

    The food I had tasted terrible. My meal of grouper with crabmeat was not good at all. It did not taste fresh. I love grouper and this didn’t taste good at all. Hardly ate any of it. My friend had shrimp and scallops and she said they weren’t fully cooked and she ended up having stomach problems too after her meal. This restaurant to me has gone down tremendously. The waitress was nice but when the food arrived she didn’t come around to see how the meal was. I would have told her how bad my meal was. Definitely off my places to eat.

    We love Sea Watch but on Sunday Brunch stay clear of lobster Benedict. It was served too cold, not enough hollandaise sauce, eggs were overcooked and the lobster tasted old. Better bets are other breakfast items or the delicious grouper sandwich or the regular favorite: orange roughy. Can't wait to try the salads & pasta dishes next time !!

    Our server Glen was fabulous! Thank you Glen. Food was good, but wouldn’t draw us back in a hurry. (No substitutions??? Really???) Nice to be near the ocean. The mix of different furniture styles was interesting… wasn’t sure if it was a seafood, Bahamas feel with the whicker or a NY steakhouse with the red leather chairs. Overall it was ok.
