Beautiful setting with a great vibe! Transformed the area into something to be really admired! Service was outstanding - very attentive and great team work. Food was also very good but a bit over-priced.

Great experience, I really enjoyed it. Have never been and will be back. Our server was great and the food tasted really good. A bit $$$ but worth a special visit.

We were celebrating my birthday. The food was exceptional. We had the salt and pepper calamari (best we've had since moving to the capital region) and the sour dough ciabatta with a ricotta dip which was very good. For the main meal I had the scallops which were perfectly cooked and on a beet puree that was pretty and a nice addition that didn't overwhelm the scallops. The fregola pasta salad side was not my cup of tea. Did nothing to elevate the scallops. My husband's salmon was cooked perfectly to his selection and the zucchini side was cooked nicely, not overcooked. Dessert was a real standout. The vanilla bean cheesecake had complex flavors, perfect crust, and the drizzle of sweet basil syrup was a fun addition which made the plate look pretty and didn't overwhelm the strawberry balsamic puree. The raspberry sorbet was delicious. The service was spot on. We sat on the outside deck. The weather was perfect and the ceiling fans meant there were no bugs. Music in background was pleasant and didn't interfere with our conversation. It was very expensive, but it was a treat for my birthday. Might go again for appetizers and dessert.

They did not have the crab pasta which was the whole reason we came in, this happens but Server took almost 10 minutes to greet us (not an exaggeration, we almost left). The food we got was not nearly worth the price (we frequently eat at fine dining establishments). Pretty midrange dining food and experience. Ricotta bread was fantastic, ahi nachos were lacking, not much ahi just a big plate of fried wontons and some sauce definitely not worth $25. Wagyu beef was cooked unevenly and lacked flavor (I question if this was really Wagyu I did not see much marbling and it was not very tender I would equate this to the same quality and texture of a sirloin from a midrange steakhouse like Outback not a $50 cut of premium beef) whipped potatoes were decent, asparagus was not prepped properly, tough ends and not peeled very tough to chew. Sad because asparagus season is April to mid June they should have been great. I know it is a sea food restaurant, but not having the main dish we came for changed our order plans. Server didn’t return for refill on drinks, when we finally asked the buss boy, they never came back with the drink. When the server returned we asked for a refill and she never brought it. I mentioned it when I asked for the check (we waited another 15 mins after we were finished for her to finally show up to ask for the check) We were looking forward to desert but at this point we were just done. The server finally showed up with the refill when she dropped the check off (what’s the point after the meal was already done?) . Some of the worst service I have received in a while. We ate across the river the next night at Dinosaur and it was 1000 times better for the same views. Sea Smoke needs to get it together and provide better service and higher quality food preparation if they want to charge $50+ a plate. We have been meaning to eat her for 3 years, we were very disappointed. Also, the restaurant was less than half full.

Food was average. Prices are outrageous. $16 for a 12oz beer. $18 for a house glass of wine. $50 for a lobster roll loaded with butter. $31 for a small salad. Little bit of price gouging going on.

My husband got the pasta with king crab and it was disgusting and expensive also the caviar was just ok but the accompaniments were sad.

Food was excellent! Service was not up to par. Joe the Bartender was great and ended up having to serve us. For a high end establishment, it had several hiccups that should be addressed. Not sure if they had a staff problem but not acceptable. It wasn't crowded either.
