This place was great for happy hours with friends. Great ambiance and lots of things to do
The food was alright. You pay more for the atmosphere.
Food was horrible and we sat at cocktail tables. The chairs were too low for the tables. Very uncomfortable
our server, Jared, was awesome! We had quite a big group there for a happy hour and he did an awesome job keeping everyone happy. Will come back to try the bowling lanes next time!
cool vibe and our server was so nice. the food was not very good especially for the price. steak frites was chewy skirt steak with waffle fries - not good at all. bar drinks were so so. we were there to see a band and the feel was fun. will come back to give it another try for cocktails but don’t recommend if you are looking for full on dinner.
No one said anything about the birthday celebration even though I selected this and added a note in Open Table. I requested a high top table and the hosted tried to put together other regular tables. She did not even look at the reservation notes. It was not busy at all but the server was really slow and kept asked no the same questions over and over.
We had a great time playing ping pong and foos ball and the food was good
The salmon was yummy!
Miranda was our waitress and she was excellent. She was accommodating, nice and friendly. It was our first stay at the hotel for my husbands birthday and it was memorable. ♥️
Food was ok but service was pretty awful.
Great spot for date night. DJ was fun and food was fabulous!
Made a reservation and then waited for the hostess to seat us. After 5 minutes I went to the bar to see where I could sit. The bartender curtly me to wait for the hostess. I informed him I have been waiting and wanted to be seated. He readjusted his attitude and let us sit wherever. The service and food were only okay for the price. Not inclined to go back.
Our waiter was amazing and the 7 layer dip is to die for !
Super unorganized!!!! We were there for Thanksgiving, I called the day before to verify everything and it was still a total mess. The staff had no idea what was going on, they were moving furniture around bumping and knocking things over. The kitchen closed for over an hour but no one told us. The manager did a great job of totAlly ignoring us and wouldn’t make eye contact. Our server however was fantastic and did his best to keep us happy. The place is cool, the kids enjoyed the games and the food (they only offered us the bar menu) was just ok.
Poorly managed holiday for sure disappointing.
Value for what we paid was not there. Limited food items for a Thanksgiving dinner. Quality of food average. Waiter screwed our bill up. Charged us for 8 drinks we didn't have. Will not go back.
Thanksgiving buffet lunch. Casual fun and great food on the buffet. Cornbread dressing was da bomb! Had a great time and will definitely be back.
We came here for Thanksgiving and would love to come back again! Scout had a great buffet of homestyle Thanksgiving food (deep fried turkey, prime rib, cornbread stuffing, brussels sprouts with bacon, cranberries, etc) and it was almost as good as homemade! Everything was seasoned perfectly! Based on how well all of this was, we would definitely like to come back to eat off of their regular menu. Because we were in a little bit of a rush, we did not play any of the games that are here (bowling, pool, foosball, ping pong) but would be a really fun night out to come here for dinner and games. Very hip environment. Service was a little slow, but very friendly.
Horrible service!
Waiter was horrible.
Great atmosphere and food. Service was slow, but we were on a date night and didn’t have anywhere to be, so it didn’t bother me. The fried chicken dinner for 2 was delicious and good value for the amount of food. Highly recommend!
We chose the Scout as a Team Building event and dinner. We chose high top seating and played doubles ping pong while awaiting our appetizers. Lots of laughter as a result. We reserved one of the four bowling lanes and we were up as soon as we finished our dinner. Food and atmosphere met expectations and the bowling was a great event! A must for large groups!
On a sour note:
-One Member in our party is a professional musician and we asked permission for him to play the baby grand piano in the lobby and it was granted by our server. A crowd began to gather to admire his playing, but we were quickly met by security to cease and desist. We were then told ‘nobody touches the piano’. Very disappointing.
This was such a fun and yummy location. We had a birthday dinner for 11 of us and we had the best time!
Excellant food and service
Can only give a "good" review due to the following reasons: fish on fish taco plate was overcooked, server was slow and hardly returned to our table, and there was fruit flies around our booth...
The hostesses were amazing - workin with our group who were doing a sampler platter of all of the Statler venues - for a great table for LeCure on fri night. We ordered light - apps and such- but the food we had was good. I think the pictures online don’t do justice to the night atmosphere - which was lively and low lighting and the cute seating areas.
We went here for dinner prior to going to the concert upstairs. The food was good, drinks were really good and our waitperson was attentive and nice
Food was great, ambiance was really nice too. Bowled for an hour and then sat down to have dinner. Bar service was quick but once we sat for dinner service was pretty slow. Overall great experience.
We went to try this new restaurant and were underwhelmed. We were surrounded by nats and they really disturbed our experience. Also there was an over talker there that wanted us to know he was important and wanted us all to hear his conversation. Like the 50's modern decor.
We came in with a bachelorette group of 9. It Started off very rough. Our young, blonde waitress was not giving us the impression she was interested in serving us at all. I discretely brought the poor attitude to her attention and she definitely improved. Food was just OK...not impressive. I expected better from The Statler.
Bowling & games was super fun!! China was awesome! Live music was great and upbeat. I would definitely recommend the Scout for a fun date night with friends.
Great food. Original atmosphere. I love the hotel.
Stopped here while clients in town for business. Nice bar, low noise level, good food. Made reservation but had to wait for table to clear because of several big groups there. They have pool tables, bowling alley, and good beers on tap to pass the time.
Disappointed, my reservation wasn't available when we checked in. Luckily, we were able to find seats at the bar. I'm not sure if this is restaurant or Open Table error. I did not account for this in my review.
I made a reservation on OpenTable, but when I got to Scout they had no record of the reservation.
Great fun all the way around!! Wonderful seeing The Last Bandoleros in this venue!! Service and food terrific!! Would definitely come back!
This was my third time coming to Scout. Always great food and a good time when we come here! All the dishes that came to the table were incredible! Such attention to detail and so delicious! Great place for a GNO!
Had fun! Nice atmosphere.
Good drinks, ping pong, bowling, good chicken sandwich (great butter fries). Fun night out with the family (adult kids)
The air conditioning wasn’t working properly so it was fairly warm in there. I had reservations for two at a high top but my boyfriend was ill so instead of sitting me there, they put me at the bar. Which was ok. My nartender, China, was knowledgable and attentive & her Cosmos were good. The shrimp & grits was tasty but WAY overloaded with onions. The flavor was too predominant. I enjoyed the bands that were there & had a generally good, if warm, time.
Good food, waitress was attentive. Overall great experience
Scout is basically a Applebee's with better atmosphere and some games. Don't waste your time or money. The food was really bad, the service was nice but a little confused and pretty slow.
Scout was awesome. However, I have a few things to note. It was probably one of the loudest places I've been, due to very loud music and lots of people. I could barely hear my boyfriend talk. On top of the noise, I felt a little overwhelmed (which is not my normal) by the flashing lights, tvs, crowd, and activity. In spite of all of that, we still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The burger was good.
