    It was magical The staff were so attentive and professional as well as friendly Food was lovely I think really you’re paying for the name Savoy but it was a dream of mine to go so I didn’t mind

    We got foodpoisoned and did not get any discount or something. They say its reported and investigated. But they dont listen to the customer. Very poor for such a wellknown hotel.

    I really enjoyed my visit for the Afternoon Tea. Had great expectations for the food and service and in the end it exceeded those expectations. Food was amazing and tasty. Desserts were not overly sugary, just perfect. Our server Carina was really nice and attentive and she made great recommendations for pairing the tea with the food. Thoroughly enjoyed out visit, hope to be back some day!

    This was a surprise for my wife’s birthday. It was brilliant - everything was 1st class - nothing needs to change . I hope to book again to bring my mum along for her birthday later this year . Thank You .

    This was a once in a lifetime belated birthday treat for my friend and I. Service was fabulous. Food delicious and consideration of one thing I couldn’t eat taken into account and a sandwich made without it. Ambience was what I expected, the piano music lovely. Highly recommend.

    There is nothing like it. If you can get in, do it. They have posted they will be closing the foyer for some construction and renovation work, so check in with them to see what their plans are.
