   A truly five star experience! Staff were flawless, the afternoon tea was a delight; the sandwiches and pastries were very good. We didn’t realise one could ask for more sandwiches, otherwise we would have attended with more of an appetite! Coffee (decaf available) was offered as an alternative to tea which was appreciated.

   Did not meet expectations. Beautiful surroundings and the service was strong to begin with, but tailed off as the afternoon tea went on. Lack of consistent server made led to inconsistent experience. Not so much as a goodbye when we left, as staff seemed more interested in chatting with their friends. Food was well presented but quantity was a very stingy given the price.

   Fabulous afternoon tea, lovely staff and a relaxing afternoon. Food was gorgeous and staff were all lovely and charming.

   Really enjoyed the food and attention to details .. the recommendations from the staff were helpful. If I had to mention anything, I would say the the tables for 2 were too close together.. not very private for conversation.

   A huge thank you to Emma who looked after us so well! We had afternoon tea and it was a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Emma made the difference to our experience. She couldn’t have been more helpful.

   My friend and I were gifted the Afternoon Tea at the Savoy Gallery. From start to finish, the ambience was exceptional and organised, with piano music playing in the background. The food was perfectly presented and delicious, with an array of choices of teas to accompany. We also chose to have a glass of English sparkling wine each, which was pricey by our standards at £25 per glass, but as we were celebrating my birthday, we went for it anyway. It was served in beautiful glasses and was fitting for the occasion. The staff were attentive but discreet, regularly topping up our cups and keeping an eye on how we were progressing through the meal. When served, everything on the menu was explained and described, and all the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The only reason I marked service down a point was that one particular server (a young man) on a couple of occasions, leant over me to pour tea rather than walking around to the correct side, and he removed my friend's plate whilst she was still eating - there was still something on the plate that she hadn't quite finished! The service we received from everyone else including cloakroom, reception and front of house staff, was exemplary. Thank you Savoy staff, you really looked after us and I would recommend the experience.

    Wanted a quick ‘supper’. and the Gallery proved an excellent choice. There was plenty h of options on the menu for all five diners. Service was quick and the food was very good.
