The Thames Foyer es el corazón del hotel Savoy y el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de una cena en un ambiente casual y despreocupado. Wonderful experience, table wasn't ready when we arrived, the staff directed us to the bar to wait and kindly comp'd us our beverages due to the delay. Food and service was exceptional.

Afternoon Tea at The Gallery for our daughter's 21st birthday was everything we could have hoped for and more. From our warm, friendly welcome from Kate to our exceptional service by Sia and Dylan the staff at The Gallery were outstanding. Add to this the entire ambience, including the subtle piano and tasteful decor - especially the fact that the tables were well spaced, allowing for personal conversations not to be overwhelmed by other diners. And then, the food! Wow! Everything was not only perfectly presented but so delicious we just wanted more! For us, a bonus was having Coronation Chicken sandwiches - in our view, definitely the best sandwich. And then the sweet treats, delicate and yet packed with flavour. Here the mango cake was amazing - it was like a Solero in cake form, again we only wanted more! If you're looking for Afternoon Tea in London for a special occasion, you won't be disappointed by The Gallery at The Savoy. Other things to encourage you to come here: the wide range of delicious teas - wonderfully poured with a dash of theatre and the relaxed 'be comfortable' dress code, especially welcome on the hottest day of the year!

A wonderful experience providing my friends and myself with warm and happy memories. Even though the waiting staff were obviously busy they remained attentive and charming, an absolute credit to the Savoy!

Anniversary celebration afternoon tea at the Savoy. Gorgeous art deco room and greeted personally and shown to the best table in the room.Initially very attentive helpful staff. Finger sandwiches to start and offered more if desired. Scones a little disappointing as small and did not seem fresh to me. Cakes mainly mousses which are not my favourite but very decorative and a nice touch was an extra cake with a Happy anniversary card. Sadly service was not maintained and had to ask for more tea and water and our bill was produced while still eating and table cleared around us while I was still drinking. Got the impression they wanted us to leave when room was not full and we had been seated for 90 mins. I was aware that the table was ours for 2 hours and would not have outstayed. Service charge of 15% automatically added, I did not feel it was warranted but made no comment. In summary please be more attentive to guests needs, do not produce a bill before it is requested and do not clear a table while someone is still eating or drinking.

Service and space are fabulous. Also a wide variety of tea selection. Food for price was just okay. I've enjoyed tea sandwiches more at other afternoon tea services.

Brilliant experience, a real treat. Food, ambience, and staff were all second to none. However, I ordered a cake as it was my partners 60th birthday. It never came, people all around were receiving birthday cakes and mine never came. I asked about it twice and it still never arrived. I was very annoyed, especially for the price but we had a lovely afternoon nonetheless.
